It was a pleasant stay, good location, helpful staff, good breakfast. I'll definitely come back.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, a good variation between Asian and Western food. The location was excellent, it's only about 150m from Shin-Osaka station, this was the main reason why I booked this hotel. The room I stayed had a great view over Shin-Osaka station.

Cons:

No universal wall sockets in the room. Not many TV stations available.

狭くて窮屈、リピは無いです
Pros:

スタッフさんは親切でした。
　部屋は狭くて一人ならまだ良いですが、二人では狭すぎます。荷物置き場もない。

Cons:

バスルームへの段差がありすぎて、中高年は無理、。

Pros:

Convenient Location, superb money value.

Cons:

The rooms were super small. I had almost no space to put my cabin luggage without blocking some part of the room. In extension the bathroom was also super small. Everything - all the facilities seemed crammed in a very small space

Schönste Hotel-Aussicht meines Lebens
Pros:

Vom ersten Moment an, in dem ich mein Zimmer betreten habe, war ich vollkommen sprachlos. Ich befand mich im obersten Stockwerk direkt unterhalb des Panorama-Restaurants mit einem einzigartigen Blick auf die nächtlich-schillernde Silhouette von Osaka. Noch nie in meinem Leben hatte ich eine derart atemberaubende Aussicht von meinem Hotelfenster. Das Zimmer selbst war makellos, das Personal überaus freundlich und die Speisenauswahl im Restaurant mehr als zufriedenstellend. Zudem hatte ich hier am Mittelpunkt meiner Japan-Reise auch die Möglichkeit, bequem meine Wäsche zu waschen. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Osaka werde ich unbedingt wieder dieses Hotel, welches sich noch dazu in fußläufiger Nähe zum Shinkansen-Bahnhof Shin-Osaka befindet, buchen und dabei hoffentlich auch wieder dasselbe Zimmer bekommen.

Pros:

El hotel estaba bien ubicado. Fácil de llegar desde la estación y con opciones para comprar comida o salir a comer en la misma cuadra.
El auto check out es muy cómodo.
En el sector de lavado, el uso de los aparatos estaba bien explicado en inglés lo cual se aprecia.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña (era esperable), pero de haber llevado una valija grande no había cómo abrirla cómodamente. Otros hoteles de la cadena tienen camas más altas y permiten tener espacio de guardado de equipaje debajo. Este no fue el caso.
No poder manejar el aire acondicionado por habitación no es lo mejor. La habitación estaba muy cálida.
Otra cosa que es solo por habitación era el wifi y para el lavadero era necesario tener conexión, hubiera sido mejor tener una red de lobby o similar como en otros hoteles de la cadena.
