Cons:

The hotel was great, minus the stairs! A few emails about noise which made our trip a bit uncomfortable. We didn't hear anything and tried to stay as quite as possible.

The shower hose was spray from the handle. Didn't really impact our shower but should be looked at. We never saw any hotel staff our entire stay to let them know.

Excelente ubicación, a menos de 100 metros de la estación Shin Okashimachi. Camas cómodas y baño excelente.

五分鐘路程有地鐵站與便利商店跟藥妝店，也有一間開到比較晚的餐廳（印象中超過22:30），下雪當天外出櫃檯人員很貼心的詢問是否需要暖暖包。

Had a great stay. Just one night. But perfect for dropping down stuff and going out and about for the day.

Bit of a trek on foot from the station if you have littles. Still only ~20 minutes but for us was longer than expected.

It is ok for a really short stay
Pros:

It was good value for the money and one night stay. I would not stay longer just because we are 5 and we need more space and a kitchen.

Cons:

It was very cold when we checked in and took a while to figure out the ac but it was ok after that. The bathroom and toilet where freezing cold too.

Wonderful stay, we loved the location, helpful staff and clean facilities
Pros:

Great use of space, beds were very comfortable. Fabulous location, beautiful park/playground across the road. Easy check in process, staff very helpful and responsive.

Great location
Pros:

Room was very clean, in a great location and staff that we saw were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but clever design. Four of us had no problems. Plenty of power points to charge phones and a great shower. Nothing to complain about. Hotel is located on a really nice, quiet street but close to metro, 7-eleven, Lawson and a supermarket.

Cons:

Everything was as expected or better.

La stanza era molto grande e accogliente, il wc e la parte della doccia erano divisi e abbastanza grandi.

Cons:

Dover fare 5 piani di scale con le valigie perché purtroppo non è presente un ascensore, ma ciò è già specificato in fase di prenotazione.

A acomodação é super funcional, com uma pequena mesa e duas cadeiras, local para colocar as malas grandes debaixo da cama e espaço pra se sentar na frente da janela. É localizado ao lado de uma estação de trem, na frente de um parquinho pras crianças e muito próximo ao supermercado
