Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and everything you could need in the room. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. As a woman travelling alone felt very safe with my own code for access which was send before I arrived. Great service and breakfast too. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you

Small room. But the bathroom is big enough .
The hotel is situated in a convenient location - not on an arterial road, making the area much quieter during night hours, however within walking distance to the city centre, with public transport also available close by. The staff was very pleasant, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, all the advertised facilities were available, the internet connection was exceptionally good.
It was a bit too hot indoors. However, i stayed there during a heat wave, and the building itself is old and built to retain heat. There was a fan available in the room, therefore this wasn't a big issue.
Twin was two double beds, very clean with great shower and effective fan. Helpful staff replied quickly and were welcoming. Nice to have all the apps on the TV.
Tea / coffee making things would be better on a table away from the beds (if there was another plug so key away from bathroom door) as there wasn’t enough room for the lamp too. We’re given a room away from the pub on request but it was in the road in very hot weather and needed windows all open so it was noisy at night (not hotel’s fault of course) and before 7am when the pub puts the parrot out! So I’d ask for a room facing the rear of the property next time if there is one.
