Excellent hotel, very pleased with this boutique lodging. Served us breakfast in our room each day with fresh croissants, cheeses, juices and fruits. Great view of the Eiffel Tower, walkable to many places. Highly recommend.
A lovely property close to the Eiffel Tower and would stay there again
This is probably the best place to stay in the Eiffel area
Rayz Eiffel was an amazingly beautiful boutique hotel! It’s in the heart of Paris where you can walk to the Eiffel Tower walk to many restaurants walk to tourist sites or easily catch the subway or an Uber. The restaurants around the hotel were amazing. The staff was great the room, although small, was clean, very cute and had French doors where you can open it for a French doors where you can open it for a fresh air! It was cleaned every day. I highly recommend including the breakfast in your package. It was a great snack to have before heading out to do tourist activities. Communication was great and responsive. The rooftop is great with great views of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend this place. All of the staff was amazing! Thank you for a great stay!!!
Great staff... friendly, informative! Quiet, well appointed room with a comfortable, large double twin bed, excellent AC, and real black-out curtains. Best night's sleep of our trip!
The view of the Eiffel Tower from the 7th floor deck is fabulous for daytime relaxing and the nightly light shows.
Plus... breakfast in your room... WOW!
Highly recommend!!!!
Excellent hotel! I would stay there again. It was very safe area, great shops and restaurants in the area and close to public transportation. Definitely have the breakfast it was excellent!
Good
Nice cozy room and luxurious.
We had the most beautiful night for our first
The staff was super friendly and accomodating!
This was an excellent location for a short Paris trip and the kitchenette and balcony were excellent to have. The roof terrace view of the Eiffel Tower was a bonus!
Beautiful modern hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was large for being so close to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast delivered to the room was amazing. The rooftop view of the tower at night was magical!
Very nice location near transit, shopping and dining as well as the Eiffel Tower.
Never made it there, due to being unable to enter France.
Hôtel would not refund any of the days that were originally booked, even after notification. I understand keeping the first night, but not the others.
Poor business practice. Will never try to stay there in the future.
It wasn’t near about worth the money. The view of the Eiffel Tower was minimal. The room was tiny, shower head wouldn’t stay up. Bed was uncomfortable. For $550+ I expected a lot more. Get something cheaper. Also, the AC and fan don’t work. It is probably worth 150-200 Euro at best, with the view. Pick another spot
TL;DR
Nice boutique hotel, but the lack of overnight staffing of the front desk is a safety concern for this solo traveler.
Overall, this is a nice boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. The rooms are very beautifully appointed (dark and moody if that's your thing) and quite large in my opinion (although take that with a grain of salt as I primarily travel to NYC and Miami), and even come with a kitchenette. The location is superb, just around the corner from Rue Cler. The street that the property is on is very quiet; I'm a very light sleeper, but with the blackout curtains and quiet road, I required neither my earplugs nor my eyemask to get 8+ hours of sleep every night.
My only concern is that the front desk is not staffed overnight (from midnight to 8 or 9 am). As a single woman traveling alone this was of particular concern. There is a disclaimer regarding a "limited-hour front desk" under property details, but I was unaware of this until after my arrival (perhaps this is customary for boutique hotels in Paris or continental Europe in general, but as a frequent traveler in large US cities, I have not previously encountered this). Having known that now, I would not book this property again.
Our stay at Rayz Eiffel was perfect. Staff was so kind and helpful. Our room was great with a small balcony and plenty of amenities. The area around the property was convenient to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. I highly recommend staying at Rayz Eiffel.
The young man who checked us in was very pleasant and helpfu with any questions we had. Beautiful small hotel located near the Eiffel Tower… easy walk and pretty view from the hotels rooftop.
Was a very nice quiet place to stay. The staff were very helpful. Nice view of the Eiffel Tower from room and rooftop
Nice small hotel in great location. Friendly staff. Lots of dining options within blocks of hotel including great breakfast place next door-Kozy. Eiffel Tower just minutes away and great view of it at night from rooftop terrace. Centrally located to all attractions and the Metro. Highly recommend
