Chambre voûtée pas de fenêtre, porte vitrée vers l'extérieur.
Obligé de se baisser pour passer entre le lit et la télévision.
Accès au parking délicat : escaliers mal éclairés.
Il faut demander l'ouverture du portail pour entrer et sortir.

Un havre de charme italien où confort, authenticité et coucher de soleil depuis le jacuzzi créent un séjour inoubliable.
Pros:

Belle demeure authentique, remplie de mobilier et de décorations anciennes typiquement italiennes. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Excellent dîner, avec de délicates attentions de notre hôte en cette fin de saison. Petit déjeuner très varié, aux couleurs et saveurs de l’Italie. Literie très confortable et jacuzzi sur la terrasse pour profiter d’un magnifique coucher de soleil.

The opening and closing of gates is irritating having to wait for several minutes and sometimes having to return to the hotel to request exit.

La struttura è meravigliosa. Immersa nel verde, con piscina bellissima e grandi spazi interni ed esterni dedicati alle cerimonie. Giardino nel quale è possibile passeggiare e nel quale è presente una bella e piccola Cappella. La Camera su due piani con vasca idromassaggio con acqua calda in terrazza utilizzabile di giorno con panorama del verde circostante o di notte per ammirare le stelle.
Staff davvero straordinario. Una famiglia di imprenditori e professionisti davvero encomiabile per vicinanza ai clienti con simpatia ed empatia
Dipendenti gentilissimi e pronti a esaudire ogni desiderio. Ristorante di buon livello con ottimo servizio di personale esperto e chef che raccoglieva i pareri in sala dopo la cena a conferma della qualità proposta. Colazione davvero ricchissima sia nel salato che nel dolce. Sala ampia, luminosa e gradevole. Tutto perfetto.
Tappa di una trasferta di lavoro tra Basilicata e Puglia. Peccato aver passato solo due giorni.
Piacevole sorpresa nel non avere tasse di soggiorno al check out.
Tornerò sicuramente anche in vacanza in periodo estivo!

Pros:

Nice place, very friendly staff. I think it used to be a big wedding venue, but has moved away from that business so there is a Marie Celeste feel to parts of the large building and grounds that are no longer in use. Has a relaxed Italian feel. Excellent value and a bit off the beaten track.

Dit is echt heel lastig.

Cons:

De lijst is vrij lang, dit zijn de hoogte punten. Het huis zou zo als spookhuis voor een film kunnen dienen. Het personeel deed haar best maar was niet geschikt voor een hotel. De welness was verschrikkelijk, in een tent die aan het restaurant grenste. Je was voor iedereen zichtbaar en het was een koud. De kamer oke maar niet schoon, schimmel in de badkamer. Slecht onderhouden op alle vlakken, de kamer, het pand en de buiten. Het was overal naargeestig. Het dineren was van een niveau dat Italie onwaardig was. En bij het ontbijt lagen de eetresten van de vorige dag(en) nog op en onder de tafel. Dit was alle drie dagen van het ontbijt zo.
