Pros:

Great location near the boardwalk and restaurants. Clean comfortable rooms with a small balcony. The staff was great.

Cons:

They couldn't find my reservation when I arrived. Fortunately, they had rooms available. I showed my confirmation for two rooms and they worked it out.

Really nice hotel in great location, shame about the reception guy and aircon.
Pros:

Great location, plenty of free parking. Good size room, comfy bed, good bathroom

Cons:

Inefficient and abrupt guy on reception when we checked in. Mixed up our room with our friends’ room. Tried to charge us when we’d paid on booking. Only coded our room cards for one night when we were booked for two, so both cards for both rooms failed on the second day. Noisy air con in our room, complete with a taped sign on it saying’ noisy motor’! Balcony door very hard to open.

Pros:

The staff was very nice! The place was clean and very Nostalgia.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were very small and not fluffy at all. We also was disappointed at the view. Upon booking it stated that we would be on the restaurant side which we thought that was the side where the boardwalk and all the excitement was. But instead all we had a view of was the construction.

Affordable Enjoyable Fun Destination!
Pros:

The staff members were genuinely nice, helpful and accommodating.
We had a nice balcony overlooking the water and the entertainment. The entertainment was much to our liking the weekend with an Oktoberfest as my husband is from Austria.
The rooftop pool with hot top was nice.

Cons:

One should be aware there is a long walk between the elevator, food, shops, entertainment and some of the best rooms. For healthy physically fit people there’s much to see and do within walking distance. And they offer a wheelchair for those who can’t walk that far. Just good to know in advance.

This property was exceptional. From from the front door to the the back door off to the boardwalk. Everything was meticulously clean and it smelled divine. The pool was sparkling clean and the water temperature was perfect. The hot tub water temperature was perfect. The pool atmosphere was perfect. The lady who checked us in was so kind and courteous with great customer service. The lady who checked us out when above and beyond when I asked how long the hotel had been there. She googled it and let me know the year it was built. Love that customer service.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing! The only disappointment is that we had to go home!

Had a very nice stay. Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating with any questions
Pros:

Hotel was easily accessible and located near water view. Heated pool was a nice touch.

Cons:

The bed in the room was very uncomfortable. Room had a refrigerator but no microwave for heating leftovers that were taken back to the room. Didnt like that the Spa jets did not work.
