Deceptive accomodations
Pros:

The hotel layout is beautiful. The swimming pool is great. The garden and room setup is great, love it.

Cons:

One of the faucets was leaking. We could not use it. They did not fix it. The worst of all, they told me on the day of check-out that I have to pay cash because the credit card machine is not working. They were being deceptive because they didn't tell any of the problems at the check-in. Luckily I had enough cash to pay of $840. But I had no cash left. Moreover, I would not be able to withdraw enough cash to cover the fee. I would not return to this resort because of their shady practices. In addition, it's not a five star. It should be a three star.

els jardins i piscina fantàstics! L'esmorzar fresc i a la carta i també una passada la brioixeria i la fruita (la millor de tot el viatge cambodja-tailandia) al bufet. el personal de l'esmorzar simpatiquíssims. l'habitació també molt neta i la banyera fantastica. ens van gestionar un tuktuk super professional per visitar durant dos dies Ankor!

Cons:

No es que no ens agrades, però el restaurant de l'hotel tenia uns preus una mica massa per sobre del que pots trobar al centre de la ciutat a 3$ i 5 minuts de tuktuk. Va ser molt convenient per nosaltres el dia de l'arribada, però potser es una cosa a revisar a un futur ja que poder dinar al costat de la piscina es fantàstic però no se si a aquest preu.

Relaxing Resort for all senses
Pros:

A perfect holiday destination. The swimming and pool area is especially first-class. The staff are genuinely friendly and do everything they can to ensure that guests have a wonderful stay and that everything is taken care of.

Pros:

Lovely peaceful resort with excellent facilities.Swimming pool nice and warm. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room large and clean. Food and drink good at the swimming pool bar. Had our photo taken with all the staff before we left. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

L'hôtel était magnifique et calme, mention spéciale pour le personnel toujours disponible.
La piscine était très agréable. Emplacement pratique avec accès facile aux temples et au centre ville en tuktuk ou taxi.

This place is a true bargain! Luxury resort for such a reasonable price! It is a little out of town so will need to catch tuk tuks but they are about $3usd each way so its well worth it. By staying out of the city its quiet, peaceful and there are only 12 villas so the pool is more often than not completely empty ready for use! Staff were amazing

L’hôtel est calme et le personnel est toujours prêt à aider. La piscine est très agréable.

Cons:

En revanche, le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop léger : après un séjour de trois semaines, c’est l’hôtel où l’offre était la plus restreinte. Dommage ! Le lieu manque aussi un peu de vie.

Tolles kleines Resort zum entspannen!
Pros:

Das Resort ist etwas außerhalb von Siem Reap (ca. 15min) wodurch es aber angenehm ruhig und friedlich ist. Das Frühstück war gut, hätte allerdings besser sein können. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle äußerst zuvorkommend und das Zimmer wurde meistens gereinigt während man entspannt beim Frühstück saß. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte etwas besser sein können, ist allerdings "jammern" auf hohem Niveau.

・プールやプールサイドのベンチも綺麗で日本人も安心して入れます！
・朝食はメニューから選びプールサイドで食べるという優雅なスタイルです。

・ありません。場所は中心地から少し離れていますがGrabでタクシー、レモルクもすぐ呼べる（5分以内）ので全く問題ないです！

Pros:

Ruhige Anlage mit wenigen Villen. Für Entspannung als auch Tempelerkundungen ideal. Toller Pool. Super Matratzen. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr komfortables Hotel.

Cons:

Service ist ausbaufähig. Geschirr wird im Zimmer und am Pool nicht abgeräumt. Beim Gepäck wird nicht geholfen. Man erledigt nur das Notwendigste. Villen benötigen mal eine Grundreinigung (Wände, Vorhänge etc.).
