Excelente atendimento e excelente acomodação.
Pros:

Café muito bom. Bem farto. Muita coisa boa. Localização ótima. Bem perto do local onde teve a festa do peixe e, apresentação da cantora ana Castela. Local com bastante policiamento.

Cons:

Não teve nada que desagradou.
Tudo perfeito.

Pros:

Café da manhã, limpeza excelentes com muito cuidado e variedades, o espaço para chimarrão é um diferencial muito positivo do hotel. A área da piscina aquecida é maravilhosa e água estava bem quente, ideal para utilizar em dias mais frios como o que fomos.

Cons:

Wifi praticamente não funcionou/conectou em nenhum momento de forma satisfatória de modo que tivemos que adaptar para usar nossa rede. Hotel também poderia adaptar os quartos para contarem com televisão smart em todos os quartos.

Pros:

Gostei do quarto, cobertas e organização do quarto. Atendimento quanto as sugestões que solicitei também.

Cons:

Falta de opções no frigobar do quarto e do hotel. Não há vinhos ou outras opções para se aquecer. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, com Melão azedo, um caqui de decoração já oxidado. O queijo também estava grudado, dificil de pegar as fatias sem quebrar. O queijo colonial tinha furinhos que não são naturais do queijo.

Muito boa, recomendo,
Pros:

Gostei da localização do Hotel, o quarto era muito bom, cama confortável, limpo e arejado, a equipe muito atenciosa, café da manhã bem variado e servido, piscinas acessíveis e limpas.

Cons:

não teve nada que eu não tenha gostado, talvez uma sugestão seria a troca dos chuveiros, ele é a gás e estava oxidado, então a água saiu toda "sem rumo".
