There wasn't much to like about my stay..The staff left much to be desired as far as manners went..Somewhat rude..and not accommodating, although housekeeping were very nice.
The front desk staff...just plain, nothing to 👄 about or write home about.
I don’t like it
The room is not up to par. The cleanliness is not good. Overall the I see spots that need to be clean I find a dirty sock before I check out. I have pictures and video to show proof and I would like to have my refund back because I’m not happy
Overall I did like how the location was right next to the highway for easy departure.
For starters, once I checked in I was giving a non smoking room which very much smelled like smoke. I went and ask for another one and she helped with no problem.
Second I didnt like how check out is at 11am and my room was knocked on well before that. He knocked on my door at 10:40 which I was still in the process of getting dressed. I instantly felt as that I was being rushed.
Third my room only had 1 washcloth which should be a minimum on 2 in each room.
Well, the front door staff was rude. Then when I got to my Rome there was roaches dirty bathroom a hole in the ceiling
And it smelled of moldy water
No bugs, no moldy, water being clean and good customer service
The price
The bed was too low I have a wheelchair disability it was very hard to transfer from bed to wheelchair
It was a subpar facility. Example: the curtain rod was bowed down in a u-shape; the was only decaf tea for the Keurig.
The whole place
Péssimo! O pior hotel que já fiquei - não condiz com a foto. As instalações são Velhas, o hotel é sujo, o atendimento é PÉSSIMO. Realmente não voltaria e não recomendo de forma alguma essa rede - tivemos problemas também no hotel anterior que ficamos da mesma rede, embora o atendimento do hotel anterior tenha sido bom. Nesse, além do atendimento da chegada ter sido muito ruim, na saída também foi pessimo - fomos acordados pelo serviço de quarto e depois o gerente veio novamente no nosso quarto questionar pq estávamos lá, sendo que tinham encontrado uma chave do quarto na check-out box (sendo que era 8 da manha, chegamos de madrugada e o check out era às 11.) realmente, uma situação extremamente desconfortável, sem falar que a limpeza também estava pessima - quarto sujo e com cabelos nas toalhas. Não recomendo de forma alguma
It was okay overall, but honestly a bit questionable 😬 the room wasn't outdated, but there's clear damage that should be addressed and fixed. At first the bathtub looked dirty, but it was just chips missing. The beds were clean, which was the most important part. But the desk chair was stained. The toilet paper holder was holding onto its last bit of life. The bathroom door was damaged, the mini fridge had a few odd black spots that could have possibly been mold? There was dust in the AC unit.
Bathroom was clean but small. Beds were comfy.
Hallway rugs were stained and ripped. There were wrinkles in it that almost made you trip
Rooms seemed clean. Lots of parking.
Found black hair in eggs. Dumped plate and refilled and found another hair. Person looking after food and refilling was not wearing hair net or similar. Informed person on reception but they didn’t take my name. Grossed out.
