Horrible, NEVER AGAIN!
Pros:

I wish there was something I could say that I liked about this hotel, but there was nothing good about this hotel.

Cons:

I came early 12:30pm greeted the lady at the front desk told her I am here to check it I put in a request for an early check-in. She said check in is at 3pm and that was it no let me check for your name, let me see what we have available. Her customer Service skills sucks. Once we got checked in there was no hot water, be prepared to call the front desk and have it ring at least 20 times before anyone answering. I have traveled before so I let the water run before calling the front desk but it has been 5 minutes now. The front desk said oh let it run for 10-15 minutes. Thank god my family and I were only there for 1 night because we had to let the water run 10-15 minutes again later that night. The rooms need to be upgraded the tub was rusty and we didn't feel the room was cleaned enough. The breakfast was just ok. This hotel should definitely change to be a Motel. For that price it wasn't worth it

Not recommended very dirty
Pros:

The property was in location to a lot of restaurants,grocery stores, and gas stations.

Cons:

The property was very unkept and just dirty. We had an oil all over our floor. My children spilled water and I went to clean it up and that’s the what the towel in the photo picked up off the floor, and it left black on everything. We wore shoes the entire time and were sliding. We found several stink bugs in our sheets. The bathroom had poop on the shower walls with black hand prints. Every fixture was rusted or broken. The floor was busted up with major gaps and loose tile. Clearly a water flooding occurred so you could smell the mold. We asked to have the room floor cleaned and they asked if we wanted to do it ourselves. I chose not too. They did it quickly, using spray and a mop head that was already black, It did not fix the oil problem. The fridge and microwave were broken. Finally, no hot water the entire time so no showers for us. We left. Breakfast was good but the staff wasn’t pleasant. They ask for $100 charge for incidentals. They do not offer room cleaning until you’ve stayed 2 nights.

Was ok. Probably won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean bedding.

Cons:

Had to change rooms. Our first room’s door didn’t latch or lock, some lights didn’t work, some appliances missing. Sticky floors. Big gouges in the walls that were just painted over instead of repaired.

Cons:

Having to request housekeeping which means I have to request towels and cloths. In which they would run out quick. They run out because guest must ask for them while still having dirty ones in the room.

Not worth the money paid, I’ve spent less for better
Pros:

The property is close to multiple restaurants and free parking is always nice.

Cons:

It was not clean. There was trash all over, it was smelly in the hallways, trash and crumbs was everywhere from the room to the hallways to the front desk. The pancake machine clearly needs an upgrade! The nice employee was trying her best to keep it flowing but it wasn’t working. Breakfast is small already so everything should be working, also the yogurt is a little ripe. Stains on the sheets. Stains in the ceiling. Gym had no towel in stock and the machines literally need a upgrade, haven’t been checked
