Do not stay here
Pros:

Shower was awesome!
Great water pressure!

Cons:

Made a last minute reservation because we had no heat at home.
Walked in an a homeless mom with children are sleeping in the lobby. That should have told us something right there.
Go to our room and as soon as you opened the door, the cigarette smoke smell hit you. The linens also smelt like smoke.
The ac/heat cover was broken off the unit.
No alarm clock, so we asked for a wake up call. Never received it.
When we left the room to check out, all you could smell was marijuana. It was through the whole hallway.

Not a good stay.
Cons:

The bed only had a very thin blanket, and I felt cold throughout the night. As a result, my sleep was quite uncomfortable.
Overall, the stay did not meet basic comfort expectations.

Weekend stay it was ok this time around but better then most
Pros:

The location is perfect it’s close to everything

Cons:

There was a loud party going on at 12am in the room next to us although the hotel shut it down it was too slow for me to they didn’t calm down til about 1:30am and we had a child with us, also the floors were dirty and the bed sheets were stained and dirty when we got there, I had to ask for new sheets and change the bed ourselves which sucked

For one night, it was ok.
Pros:

The hotel was fairly clean, bathroom could have been better. Stay was ok but at 2am the smoke alarm started to go off, reached out to the front desk and no answer. Had to run down the steps and was told they couldn’t get to my call because of check ins and no maintenance on site. I asked the front desk to come up check the alarm or change the battery. He reset the alarm but after 10 mins it started to go off again. I had to call back and request the batteries. At check out I mentioned the inconvenience, no consideration or an apology for the inconvenience. Still have not heard back from the hotel management.

Cons:

Check the smoke alarms before check in, keep up maintenance in the rooms.

No scheduled cleaning, small bathroom and bed/pillow not comfortable. Good location though.

We were there for 5days and no one came to clean the room. They didn’t even take the trash out, we had to take it out ourselves. The bed and pillows are not comfortable, very thin. Very small bathroom. FYI, the sink is outside the bathroom.
