It was a great stay. Quiet and near good food places and beach.

Near the beach

Cons:

Floors needed to be clean in room just from a lot of traffic. Maybe a upgrade on towels they looked kinda dingy.

I would rate us a two star hotel
Pros:

The hotel definitely needs some maintenance even though it’s an older hotel. They need to do some remodeling. I didn’t feel like it was as clean as it could be.
The door to the room look like it needed replacing and several other doors to several other rooms like the same way, so I’m assuming all our most are in the same condition because I did not feel like the door was as sturdy as it should be
Great location they have a nice pool. They need to spend some money on some upgrades on the repairs instead of patching. They need to replace things.

Cons:

I said all of that in the previous comment, they used to have a bar on the property inside of the restaurant and they hung live music whether they live music or not the restaurant and the atmosphere on site sure made it easy to hang out and have a nice meal in the mornings and the evenings The pizza restaurant is good also but the other restaurant gave it a whole different vibe more like a resort

Our stay was fine but I won’t be back.
Pros:

Location was decently convenient and they let us check in early.

Cons:

A surprise parking fee for guests is crazy.
The shower looks permanently dirty.

Pros:

Close to the beach.

Cons:

The 1st room we were in the heat was broken so we got moved to another room. The shower did not have a lot of pressure.

Overall it was a great stay
Pros:

The staff was excellent! The location was great. Loved the breakfast options.

Cons:

We had to change rooms because of roaches, but the staff was quick to resolve the issue and we didn't see any in the next room. The pet fee is a little high especially considering that the room wasn't exactly clean. The bathroom had dirty footprints on the wall (?). In the first room, the fridge area wasn't very clean, but it could've been because of the wear in the furniture. Overall it was a great stay. In the summer we enjoy the pool, but it seems some things are going downhill. Honestly, if we found another affordable place with a pool (for our summer stays) and that accepts pets, we would switch our hotel. PS: The beds were awful. It's been 4 days since we left and my back is still giving me trouble.

overall a good place to stay
Pros:

breakfast was very minimal and gone before hours were completed

Cons:

additional charge for parking. its definitely a party hotel on the weekends. multiple rooms had alcohol cans plastic cups and bottles flowing out of the rooms with doors open and passed out guests inside. it was very uncomfortable to walk by so we just avoided that side of the hotel
