Worst treatment ever by a hotel staff member
Cons:

Manager wouldn't even attempt to honor my reservation made via another hotel for my 18 year-old daughter. Said she needed to pay him in cash. Called it fraud when I tried to talk to him about it. Instead called the police leaving my 18 year-old daughter alone in a city 5 hrs from us to spend the night at a gas station.

Pros:

The location was where we needed to be. The room was very clean and quiet. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast options were adequate although no hot items. Price was right.

Appeared to be under construction but was open during renovations. The rooms were outdated.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

This hotel is a gem located in a very convenient location across from a shopping strip mall within walking distance.
It’s very clean, offers beverage and snacks throughout the day. The beach is within a short driving distance.

The sum of my stay was great; it is convent for me because it located next to my job
Pros:

What went well was the checking in, the niceness of the staff, and how clean everything was.
The room was nice and clean just need another blanket on the bed, the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

What could have been better offering more breakfast items other than sweets but its understandable that there is no breakfast area for hot items.
