Water pressure was terrible , no matter what time of the day you tried to shower God forbid you want to add a little hot water thats even worse.

The Ac was a hit or miss on and off, most days wasn't working ,the staff was ok no issues .the location is beautiful its not a 5 star but its somewhere to rest your head for a reasonable price. I only rate the overall experience a 2 because its my 2nd time staying there and its the same issues especially with the water.

I like the convenience of the hotel being on the coast and having direct access to the beach. Didn’t like the fact that the independent bar attendee was over friendly in order to get extra money after we tipped her so heavily. SMH

Well now, this is officially only a 2 star hotel and so you might easily overlook it, but this is a really GOOD 2 star - big bedrooms with excellent AC, a fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool et., powerful WiFi signal, which is a big PLUS! Staff are laid back and not fussing around and an authentic breakfast which is really good for onlyJ$1,500pp. There is short path to a lovely secluded beach with a gentle sea to bathe in. You need a car for sure, as quite a rough access road, but don't be put off by this. Guaranteed you'll be pleasantly surprised, especially by the savings you'll make over swishier establishments. Try for a night or two first of all to see if you like it and I'm sure you will.

We checked in and paid for breakfast for 2 people. We went to the room and turned on the air-conditioning then left and to on the road to get food. When we came back the room was flooded with water from the ac that seemed to be leaking. Our luggage was soaked. We got someone from the front desk to come see about us and we had to be moved to another room. This was very inconvenient and frightening. There was no blanket in the room, when asked we were told they dont give blankets for one night stays. What? The tv didnt work and by this, I hoped nothing else went wrong. Next morning, we heard a knock on the door at 7:30am. A woman was there telling us shes leaving work early so we need to come have breakfast now. Huh? Filled with frustration, we went to the dining room and was told we need to pay for breakfast because they only see a charge for one person. Unbelievable! I will never stay at this place again. Horrible experience. What a waste of money

While this property is in a great ocean front location the architecture of property did not utilize the view well, No windows on an ocean front room, have to be on balcony to see view. For a short stay this property is good, it is very clean and staff tries to be helpful.

Loved it was on the beach. There was no beach chairs. Dining was a buy your own groceries and we will cook.

A place to rest your head. Limited food options.

I liked the secluded location and the big airy and clean room. I did not like the general upkeep of the building and the grounds. Also, there was no hot water, but that did not really bother me since I prefer to bath in cold water. For heaven's sake, why are you serving instant coffee with breakfast. The bloody motel is located where Blue Mountain Coffee is produced. Buy a coffee machine.

The staff have no people skills, and it’s dirty and dingy. I couldn’t even stay in my room. I left and went to another hotel.

Love it

I like the fact that the Resort is in a quiet location near the sea and beautiful surroundings. However the gateway needs some working on.
What I don't like is the noise the room doors make when closing.
Overall I enjoyed staying there.

Cozy for shower and sleeping. Unaware of extra cost for breakfast. Staff not friendly not smiling much. We were out most of time.
