A great place to stay!
Pros:

Tommy T at the front desk check-in was awesome. Very friendly, informative about hotel accommodations, local surroundings and Lyft.

Cons:

The double bed room I had only had one electrical plug available. Definitely need to take additional charging backup with you for electronics/cell phone, etc.

I love the renovations done to the building and the rooms. So much nicer now. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a very busy weekend due to a dance convention and everyone was very helpful.

Pros:

paid for late checkout and was woken up by housekeeping. no housekeeping was provided through multiple days.staff didn’t care about the reckless children in the pool at late night hours and the lack of care from their parents to be respectful to others in the pool area! we all paid to be there! however there should be a cut off time for kids.
requested more soap to be brought up and never saw anyone or recieved anything
