The staff are the best from front desk to housekeeping to valet all are efficient and friendly. Would not stay anywhere

Pros:

Detroit Michigan ,very nice rooms,very clean and friendly staff, great atmosphere, we went during a big volleyball tournament so it was a bit busy but over all great stay for me and my family.

Fort Ponchatrain the Perfect Detroit Experience
Pros:

From the minute I arrived, staff was accomodating and extremely friendly. I had fallen into the negative Detroit stereotype thinking negatively when I arrived, as it was my first time visiting the city. Fort Ponchatrain set the tone for my Detroit experience. Ms. Fee B. and staff provided exceptional customer servcie. The hotel is a bit dated, but you can tell that ownership and staff take pride in the facility. It was clean. If conferecing at the convention center or going to Detroit for relaxation, I'd recommend this hotel.

The best experience ever!!!

Everything was sooooo beautiful!!!!! Me and my husband just got married and had our honeymoon here and the experience was everrryyythiiing!! 🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍 the pool, hot tub, gym, the room, the breakfast buffet, the beautiful view of the city, the service was amazing! Thank you, to the front desk, Lisa was so kind and helpful! 🩷🩷🩷 thank you girly 😊 me and my hubby most definitely will be back for our wedding anniversary every year! We absolutely loved it here, this our new go to hotel lol this was our first time here! yall gotta come here, you’ll love it too! 💯🔥🫶🏽

Suite war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Bett sehr bequem.

Cons:

Wenig yplatz im Bad, Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Hat uns für eine Nacht allerdings nicht gestört.
