Pros:

Great view from the balcony, nice layout with pool and sitting area. This was amone night stay, and there were very few people, so I don‘t know how crowded it gets during summer.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit is quite loud, and in summer one definitely needs it.

Southport getaway
Pros:

Very nice place. Very clean. Nice kitchenette with full fridge. Nice comfy bed with an adequate size room.

Cons:

We were furthest from Cape Fear River and pool our room located at far end of units.

Right on the beach, pool, clean, nice stay!
Pros:

Clean, traffic not a problem, walkable to downtown.
