walking distance to the city and reccomendations to a place to eat was great. The bed was great and the room was ver y clean!

Cons:

The hot water was limited. After 5 minutes it was so cold and no hot water after the five minutes.

Excellent property in a beautiful waterfront setting!
Pros:

This property was easy to find. On a quiet street. Office personnel were very friendly and allowed us to park in a spot for safety with our Band Trailer out of the way. Our room was on the third floor, elevator or stairs, with water views. Room was very clean and efficient. Property had a waterfront pool, beach and picnic, party area. Very safe area.

Super place to stay
Pros:

It was very close to downtown and restaurants! It is so tranquil and have there own private beach. And the rooms with the balcony's are just amazing. Not to mention the full size refrigerator! So nice and super clean.

Cons:

All positive here. There is nothing to dislike about the River Hotel of South port
