Super place to stay
Pros:

It was very close to downtown and restaurants! It is so tranquil and have there own private beach. And the rooms with the balcony's are just amazing. Not to mention the full size refrigerator! So nice and super clean.

Cons:

All positive here. There is nothing to dislike about the River Hotel of South port

WE CANNOT WAIT GO GO BACK! This is our favorite place to stay now!
Pros:

We loved being waterfront, the modern decor of the rooms, that the staff had it nice and cool upon arrival, full size fridge with a full ice maker, spacious shower with PURE by Gloss products. Convenient covered parking... elevators!

We absolutely loved the whole vacation and we will be returning soon.
Pros:

I loved the cleanliness of the rooms and location however according the the photos on the website I was expecting to be closer to oceanside. I was expecting to be able to hear the ocean from my room. Also the location was close to everything we needed to pick up for our trip.

Cons:

I didn't like the alligator signs lol it made me a little nervous but I was thankful for the warning lol I thought the area would have be larger but with the signs I understood.

I enjoyed my stay at River Hotel of Southport. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Pros:

This place was very clean and the location was excellent. Convenient to downtown Southport and very close to the ferry marina.
