Right on the beach, pool, clean, nice stay!

Clean, traffic not a problem, walkable to downtown.

Great stay, exceed expectations!
Pros:

Clean, well maintained, nice bedroom, pretty good bedding and towels, everything as described. Location is really good to explore Southport, private beach was a joy to walk on, pool is small but not busy, plenty of chairs. I will come back for sure

Cons:

I would rather room had different floor, not carpet, other than that, room was perfect!

Pros:

I liked that there was a kitchen with basic necessities, to include paper towels. The view was spectacular!

Cons:

There was a roach by the bed on the first night, where theres 1, theres more so that wasn't fun to think about. The room upon entrance smelled like musty damp towels. The cleanliness wasn't so great, there was a good amount of other people's hair along the floors and drawers.

Overall we we stay again, but probably request to not stay in the room we were in this go around.
Pros:

This was our second stay here. The property is quiet, close to town, clean and comfortable. We were allowed to bring our dog this time, so that was a plus as well.

Cons:

Unlike the room we had on our first stay this room had a smell, the AC didn’t work very well and the room was very humid. Also the shower door did not stay closed.

Riverview is Paradise
Pros:

I loved the location! A short to walk to everything Southport!!!

Cons:

If I had to write something I feel like the beach area may need to have more lighting at night but it was so peaceful!

Beautiful location, immaculately clean rooms, private beach
Pros:

The rooms were very nice, extremely clean.
Private beach where you can swim( water was clean), beautiful lighted pier and pool. outside area, was a large deck with family sized tables and chairs.... steps from your room.
Avaliable grills near the deck area.
Deff could take some steaks out there, use the grill and sit on the deck area. Eat your dinner while waterside.
Beautiful views of the water.

Almost all rooms offer small balconies with view of the water.

Very close to lots of restaurants, parks, shops.
Like a 5 min drive or a 15 min walk.

Very quite location.

A deff must if your staying in southport.

Cons:

The view from my balcony could have been closer to the water.
It says river view, when booking.

Next time I gotta choose a room closer to the water, a better view !!

Pros:

Everything was clean. I love having the ferry nearby. The hotel was not a chain hotel and still had a pool, dock, and small beach area that was nice to relax.
