Pros:

cozy and best location.

Cons:

the kitchen was not really comfortable to use. Toilets continue to flush after you press the botton. You have to stop flushing manually each time.
Slatted base of one of the beds were broken. they came to fix it with a ducktape. Overal the price was too high for the quality of the appartment.

Bellissimo appartamento completamente ristrutturato, con finiture moderne e di pregio. Ottima posizione, a due passi da Fontana di Trevi e da tutte le zone di maggiore interesse storico e culturale.

Cons:

La mancanza di infissi con doppi vetri che attudiscano i rumori esterni.

Roma e' meravigliosa se hai una location giusta che ti accoglie lo e' ancora di piu'.
Pros:

Posizione eccellente. Metro a due passi.

Cons:

L' appartamento era perfetto accogliente e spazioso. Scegliere un appartamento non ti dà la possibilita' di avere un deposito per i tuoi bagagli fino al momento della partenza. La prossima volta scegliero' un hotel.

Was ok, but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Great central location and great price and size for our group of four.

Cons:

Interiors are very tired and in need of an update. The pictures on the site were clearly taken a long time ago.

Pros:

Appartamento con camere molto belle e curate nei dettagli, 3 bagni, uno poco funzionante non scendeva l’acqua calda, anche se devo dire il proprietario si era offerto a venire a vedere il problema, avendo fatto solo 2 notti ed avendo altri 2 bagni disponibili abbiamo abdicato la sua offerta.
L’appartamento è molto comodo ubicato a 2 passi dal centro.

Was renovated & clean, in a great location

Cons:

No couch or lounge area to sit down. Just the dining table, but no room for one either.

Great stay in Rome for our group of 6 from the US, the apartment was furnished well, had plenty of clean towels and dish
Pros:

Good location, cold AC, spacious and modern. 3 layers of locked doors to enter the building so it felt safe.

Cons:

Very light water pressure in one of the showers. The other 2 were better.
