Good design hotel, but some work needed
Pros:

Great, modern design hotel - really liked the simple aesthetic
Comfortable bed
Decent drencher shower
Lovely roof terrace/solarium

Cons:

Seem to have forgotten some of the basics when designing the hotel:
1. Couldn’t work out light switches. And there weren't any lights in shower and toilet cubicle
2. Hardly any space to put a suitcase
3. No way to deadbolt door for security/peace of mind at night
Additionally:
- Towels were smaller than you’d expect (and nowhere to hang them near the shower cubical)
- Sheets had some small marks (stains) on them. Strangely there was a duvet cover, put on the bed at 90degrees to the right way (the large netrance hole was down the side of the bed), and not covering a duvet
- Haven’t paid for Spotify premium for hotel music … a small cost to avoid all the ads during breakfast

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig. Die Dachterrasse war sehr schön und entspannt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach und etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Die Dusche war undicht, sodass das halbe Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser stand.
Da wir in der Nebensaison hier waren, war die Bar leider auch nicht besetzt. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse war leider nicht beheizt, sodass wir diesen auch nicht genutzt haben.

Perfect hotel for a trip to Pollensa. Will be back.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel super clean and fresh. Breakfasts were excellent with loads of choice. 12.00 check out is a great help. Town centre location is perfect for Pollensa. Would definitely stay there again.

Prime location for those looking for a “bike in bike out” vacation or just laid back luxury.
Pros:

Highlight was location and staff! We came for a biking trip and were recommended to stay at Port de Pollenca. After seeing both towns, we were so happy to be in Pollenca Proper. Evening walks were so enjoyable and the hotel was a prime location not only for dining out each evening and walking around, but also for biking in and out through the island. The staff was great and treated us to cava upon our first evening, and daily breakfast was fresh with many options; perfect for our bike rides!

Cons:

Not much to say about dislikes here. If anything, the pillows were narrow and long, very different from any American-style pillow. And our first day, we didn’t understand why our thermostat turned off. We soon realized we left a window open. Otherwise, extremely comfortable and lovely stay! We are already talking about a possible return!
