Pros:

Close to the station. A very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. To make the stay more convenient, breakfast was part of the deal

L’emplacement

Cons:

L’hôtel n’a pas été rénové depuis longtemps, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de bouteille d’eau, la douche et les toilettes ne sont pas dans un pièce séparée, la télé ne fonctionne pas, la télécommande n’était pas très propre, le petit déjeuner était pas très bon et il manquait certains produits, comme le nutella.

Gemütlich, unkompliziert und heimelig
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Nur 8min Fussweg vom BHF und an zentraler Lage zum Dorf. Das Check-In verlief unkompliziert und sehr rasch - ich durfte ausnahmsweise 30min vorher einchecken da ich an eine Hochzeit musste - ich habe es vorgängig bei Booking angefragt und wurde vom Hotel sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich bestätigt. Ich finde das Hotel sehr heimelig, das Morgenessen bietet für jeden was.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein 90er Bett, war etwas überrascht darüber, aber es war sehr bequem!

Lovely place to stay in Zermatt!
Pros:

Room very comfortable and large. Great for a three night stay. Really good location with lovely view of the Matterhorn. Super clean. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Breakfast room at the bottom of building so few windows.

Nice. My 4th floor balcony had a clear view of the Matterhorn.
Pros:

Its location due to its nearness to the train station.

Cons:

No tea or coffee facilities for customers. No aircon, no fan made it a bit difficult. But overall a good hotel.
