Clean, convenient, quiet. Location is a 10. Staff was helpful and accommodating.
Pros:

The location is very convenient. Near to food stores, restaurants and convenience stores. No complaints about that. The room was a bit bigger than expected, which was good.

Cons:

The breakfast was tasty but there's only a few options to choose from. In the future they could consider adding a few western options for western guests.

Un hôtel super bien placé mais qui mérite quelques ajustements
Pros:

L'hôtel est super bien placé. A peine à 5 minutes à pied de Nipponbashi, et 10 minutes de plus pour Dotonbori. La chambre était très grande, au dernier étage, à un prix défiant toute concurrence vu la zone géographique où se situait l'hôtel. Le personnel était présent et répondait à nos questions. Présence de 3 lignes de métro autour de l'hôtel. Les matelas des lits étaient de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une odeur d'humidité, de moisi dans notre chambre durant tout le séjour. Également, il y avait une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain. Même si elle était minime, nous l'avons signalée et elle a été réparée au bout de 4 jours... pour qu'elle reprenne un jour plus tard. Nous l'avons laissée alors.
Les fenêtres ont une très mauvaise isolation acoustique (les travaux à côté nous ont réveillé quasi tous les matins, sauf le dimanche), et les rideaux cachent très peu la lumière.
Même si les matelas étaient bons, les sommiers étaient sur des roulettes avec impossibilité de les bloquer, donc il ne fallait pas trop bouger, sinon les lits bougeaient dans la chambre aussi.

Parfait , j’y retournerai si je de ais refaire un séjour à Osaka
Pros:

La qualité de la literie , les photos correspondent à la réalité , la gentillesse et bienveillance du personnel , un petit déjeuner coréen différent chaque matin , de très bonne qualité , copieux . Possibilité de faire transférer ses bagages dans la ville suivante pour un prix plus que correct , ce qui permet de voyager tranquillement .
Tout était parfait , l’emplacement à 2 minutes à pied du 7/eleven , et du métro .

Great location, just a short walk from the busy tourist area. Recommended!
Pros:

In a good location. Quiet area, a short walk away from the touristy area. It's also close to a train station with underground shopping and good. Clean and comfortable. Value for money!

Cons:

The reception is unmanned after midnight.

Pros:

Napisaliśmy wcześniej już opinie na temat hotelu, bo mieliśmy 2 rezerwacje, teraz już trochę doświadczeni w Japonii wiemy że łazienki są wszędzie bardzo podobne (małe) ale śniadanie w Kojan słabiutkie, nie brać kupić coś na mieście, są trzy 7eleven w obrębie 100m.

Cons:

Śniadanie, brak kawy herbaty.

Pros:

Obiekt w dobrej lokalizacji blisko centrów handlowych restauracji w dzielnicy Shinsaibashi, blisko stacji metra aczkolwiek trzeba 10 min podejść. Miły i pomocny właściciel sympatyczny Koreańczyk, śniadania bym drugi raz już nie brał, są okey ale 3 wersje do wyboru i na tacce podane, wolę zjeść na mieście większy wybór cenowo wychodzi podobie. Skorzystał bym jeszcze raz, jako baza wypadowa w tej okolicy 3-4 dni ok, dla zwiedzenia Osaki, Hiroshimy+Miyajima, Kyoto, Nara polecam resztę bym odpuścił.

Cons:

Mniej związane z hotelem bardziej z Japonią to łazienka jest wstawiona jako plastikowy kontener do pokoju, kran z wodą jest jeden ruchomy na prawo umywalka na lewo wanna, no powyżej 1,70 może być ciężko w użytkowaniu, ale tak jest w Japonii, no i śniadania kwestia gustu, wszystko ma touch ryby (nawet sałatka) jak ktoś lubi to ok, jak nie to problem, braliśmy zawsze zestaw 1 codzienne było coś innego w misce, dodatku te same, no i brak kawy czy herbaty tylko woda, traktowaliśmy jak detox.
