Pros:

location is quite good.
i travelled during the winter, cold outside, but the hotel is connected via the underground passage with shops and eateries, sooo good. i stayed in single room, surprisingly bigger than what i expected.

A great start to my Japan trip!
Pros:

Great location, nearby to all the things you want to see and easy commute!

The room was perfect and comfortable for a short, 1 person stay and all the staff I encountered were very kind.

I couldn’t catch her name but I want to give a special shout out to the lady at the check-in counter who found out I liked Mofousand and immediately told me where I can find more !! She was so sweet and kind and also helped me arrange for my suitcases to be sent to Kyoto ❣️

Will definitely be back~

Near everything and easy access to many places! Rooms were pretty good size

Cons:

The room we had on the 6th floor had a very very horrible smell of mildew. Possibly coming from the dirty carpets. We also noticed a lot of mold on the shower curtains, and around the sink and toilet. The room we stayed in definitely needs some deep cleaning. Very nasty!

Das Zimmer hat einen deprimiert, dafür war die Lage gut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und das Personal sehr nett. Man konnte im Zimmer zwei Koffer öffnen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ( Standard, kein Deluxe-Zimmer) hat einem das Gefühl gegeben, man wäre in einem Loch abgeschottet von der Außenwelt. Die Lichtverhältnisse sind schlecht und es gibt nur ein Mini-Fenster über dem Bett, aus dem kaum Tageslicht reinkommt, was daran liegt, dass direkt nebenan das nächste Gebäude steht und es Milchglas ist. Die Lüftung vom Badezimmer ist mega laut und wenn die Lüftung an ist, fühlt es sich an, als würde es gleich abheben. Das Waschbecken läuft fast mit Wasser voll und wenn die Lüftung aus ist, stinkt es. Das Bett war unkomfortabel, da man sich eingeengt fühlt.
Ich würde nicht noch einmal hier übernachten

Nice price and good location
Pros:

Location and price. There are many 24/7 convenience stores and restaurants around.

Cons:

The noise from the streets is pretty loud. I stayed 2 nights and had heard vehicles noises and people loud talking from the street daily. Also, the layout is strange.
