Disappointing
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Good sized and clean room

Cons:

1hr wait for airport shuttle on arrival, despite WA msg and phone calls saying it was 30 mins away.

The return shuttle only goes every 2hrs, making me have to go to the airport an hour early.

Breakfast was v poor, for the price of the room. Felt more like a low priced hostel offering. Cold sausages and mass processed sliced bread.

V loud floor standing air con unit that sounded like a truck driving in every 3-4 minutes, before I had to turn it off despite the heat wave

The staff were nice, and while the rooms were a bit aged, they were clean and well maintained.

Cons:

We ran into an issue with child seat rules for the hotel shuttle — that was on us for not knowing, but the hotel didn’t have any solutions to offer either. We ended up having to book a private cab to DFW, which cost nearly $100. It would help if hotel shuttles carried booster seats on hand, since child restraint laws vary by state and aren’t always the same as wherever guests are traveling from.

Pros:

The staff! Everyone was so kind! The property is located close to amenities and has to be one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. We will definitely stay again!
