Great hotel if you don't need to use the airport shuttle service
Pros:

My husband and I only spent one night because of a connection change in our itinerary. It's a nice, welcoming hotel, the rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We enjoyed the lounge area, the breakfast was good , and the coffee actually tasty.

Cons:

I booked the hotel because they offer a shuttle service to and from the airport. However, we did not have a good experience with this service. After calling the front desk to order the shuttle, the driver called about 30 minutes later saying that he would be there to pick us up in 5 to 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes we ended up calling an Uber, because the shuttle still had not arrived. I was not very happy. During this hour other hotel shuttles came by and picked up guests frequently.
When we finally arrived at La Quinta, I told our receptionist about our experience, she didn't seem to be surprised by it and just said that that would happen lately because of the traffic. I would've loved to know that ahead of time, before we wasted one hour waiting.
Also, the shuttle service to the airport only runs every 2 hours, which did not work for us at all.

Cons:

The shower handle fell off in my hand while I was adjusting the hot water, I was already in the shower it was to hot and it was hard to put the handle back on so I could cool off the water...
Then the sink was stopped up
Middle of day and zero water pressure, ZERO!
Washer and dryer would not take all 8 quarters for the $2.00 went to a laundrymat.
Walls are thin could hear noise from other rooms.
Especially at evening through the night.
Will not stay here again, to many better choices.
Staying here was a bad choice on my part.

Room fine. Don't arrive thinking the shuttle will work and dont arrive without any food.
Pros:

Room was fine but you advertised shuttle to the airport. I had a flight at 9am and your shuttle only started at 7. All the airlines suggested I get there 2 hours before. You need to revise your shuttle service. I had to do end $38 on a Lyft to get the airport in time. Felt I was given inaccurate information regarding shuttle.

Cons:

No food beyond chips and Lean cuisine options in a cooler. It's in a concrete desert where you have to walk next to a major highway for 20 mins to get anything worth eating,
