Over all it was not a deal breaker not to come back.
Pros:

Easy access from the freeway. Clean. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

The toilet bole leaked all knight. The room above us had a very young child that ran around and jumped up & down for an hour from 11:15 pm to 13:15 am.

The location is always the best

Cons:

The kids running around in the hallways & the toilet rocket forward as soon as I sat down an the carpet was stapled down.

Pros:

Very good location close to the airport. They are doing some remodeling but it is handled without a lot of fuss. Am a solo woman traveler, perfectly good parking and safe here. Comfortable room and quiet. Good price. Had to leave for the airport before the breakfast so I cannot rate the breakfast. Thanks!

They cancelled our reservation 3 hours before checkin.
Cons:

They called us 3 hours before we were going to check in, on a 20 hour roadtrip, and told us the room we’d reserved several weeks before was still being renovated and wasn’t available. They had nothing close to what we needed to accommodate a family of 5 and they said there was nothing they could do. We cancelled the reservation and had to scramble to find another hotel for that night. Again, this was 3 hours before checkin. Can’t tell me they didn’t know ahead of time that the room wouldn’t have been available.
