Best choices in the area.
Pros:

Close to the mall and restaurants.

Cons:

Once again pool and hot tub not available. Carpets in hallway dirty. Room very dated.

Pros:

Beds were super comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and the guy at the front desk was super helpful.

Cons:

It's not advertised but the pool and hot tub are currently under renovation and not usable.

Pros:

It’s conveniently located next to the mall. The staff is always super friendly. I stay here whenever I travel to Boise for work because it’s a good deal and I know it will be clean.

Cons:

There were no lids for the coffee cups in the breakfast room.

Very pleased
Pros:

Very nice and clean, heat and air both worked great. The hot breakfast is better than most places. Very pleased with the staff. It was unfortunate that the swimming pool and hot tub area were closed but it’s great that they are investing in the property to make it better for the future.

Disappointed
Pros:

One of the reasons we picked this hotel is for the pool and at no point were we ever told the pool was under construction until we were in our bathing suits headed to the pool.
Our shower hardly worked it was like showering in a dribble of water. No shower spray at all.
The beds were hard and sunken in.
Even though we were on the top floor we could hear the neighbors like they were in our room.
I requested a cart be brought to my room on the morning of check out, since I was alone with my children and was told they "probably wouldn't have time" (luckily they did end up bringing it for me, it made my morning much easier).
Very disappointing, especially for the price.
