Pros:

Frustration with Construction noise in the morning, No Wifi in Room, Room was subpar

Wifi - Did not work or was intermittent
Breakfast was always the same, no variety. Used to be way better.
The shower was broken, no hair Dryer, Missing soap and shampoo, and the elevators were constantly down or unavailable.

Nice place
Pros:

The staff is always nice! We come here quarterly for a family date/stay-cation. We continue to return because the pool hours are 24-7!

Pros:

Letting us use the breakfast area for my husband after dinner service.

Cons:

The room that I book was not ready and under construction. I booked one that had a kitchen. ! I was call on the 16th and I was at the airport! They call ME and that the room was not ready. Then I was given another room! That room the Bathroom was gross and hair on the tub, wall, floor and commode was very dirty! I told the guy at the front desk and both of us took pictures. Then he looked for another room. Then It was 1:30 am before I got in another room. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager because I told him I better not be charged that night! He said I would not be charged for the 20 but I was not staying the 20th because I was check out on the 20th before 11am. I was in Boise for my husband funeral. I should not be charged for the 16th and the 20th! I want my money back for 16th and the 20th. I am so disappointed and he said he was the the Assistant Manager.

Perfect location for our roadtrip, clean and staff were amazing. Do recommened this place
Pros:

The hotel was very clean even with renovations being completed at the time, has a great little gym, a pool and a spa. Breakfast was available even though we left prior to breakfast being available

Prijs is veel te hoog!
Pros:

Handdoeken bij het zwembad was fijn en het warm water bad ook. Parkeerplek voor de deur.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was ontzettend slecht. Papieren bordjes en bestek. Daarnaast heel weinig keus en de appelsap uit het machine was ontzettend vies. Alsof die al heel lang niet was schoongemaakt. Er lagen bagels die nog bevroren waren.

Het stonk enorm op de gang en in de lift. Daarnaast heel de nacht mensen gehoord op de gang en in de andere kamers. Slecht geslapen. Het vloerbedekking was helemaal los gerafeld, de lichtventilator maakte heel de nacht hard geluid en de badkamer was gewoon vies van de aanslag.

Prijs kwaliteit is echt niet terecht!
