Glad it was only for one night
Pros:

The location. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The shower had was missing a knob that made it almost impossible to turn on or off! The internet connection was bad, finally gave up and linked my laptop through my phone to accomplish work. A door on a cabinet would not close.

Pros:

The lady at check in was amazing I would return if I had service like that!!! The Wi-Fi was down at my check in and she was asking a guy for help and to be honest was not helpful at all to her or us at all. She was able to problem solve the issue she got us checked in by connecting to her personal hot spot and was able to finish our check in process... She needs a raise. The guy maybe should not be in the hospitality or customer service field. She made it worth staying instead of turning around and taking a financial loss and booking some where else.

Overall it was a great location and stay.
Pros:

Close to the Mall and everything in between.

Cons:

The breakfast choices could have been better, only eggs and sausage and cereals. Could have used the waffle maker as well and maybe some biscuits and gravy.
Also in the bathroom could use some hooks on the back of the bathroom door or the wall to hang up our wet towels.

Disappointed overall
Pros:

Great location.
Friendly staff.
Comfortable bed.

Cons:

We stayed three nights.
All amenities closed and under renovation.
No internet for our 3 nights stay.
My room was not cleaned one day, except for the garbage emptied, no coffee replaced, I had to go to the front desk to get more.
Breakfast was very underwhelming.
Waffles were out of order every day and there was only one worker refilling items, which were constantly empty. Every paper coffee cup I used leaked.

The front desk was friendly but the only offering for compensation for no amenities was a no fee cancelation. After driving 10 hours that was not plausible.
