Great hotel, but terrible food staff-
Pros:

Clean, comfortable

Cons:

ALL food was gone at breakfast - empty coffee pot, all food gone but scraps- before 8:00 - could not find an employee to get more food out or even make coffee. Had to leave for meetings with no food or even coffee

The room was nice, spacious and clean.

Cons:

Room 223 has a leaking shower nozzle. It needs to be replaced. While showering, water goes all over the floor and toilet. Approximately 1/2" of water pooled up. Floor is getting damaged. Also the sink basin is broken. No pictures taken.

I enjoyed the dog friendly part and how clean the rooms are. the staff had a great attitude and willingness to fulfill requests.

Pros:

Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice large room, comfortable bed. Bathtub was outdated, but clean. Not hot water. Location of room was quiet.
