Osage Casino Hotel - Skiatook

Very friendly staff. Quick and easy check in. Clean facility and smelled good, no musky or smoke smell. Bathrooms were well kept. Landscaping and building look great.
This is a really nice place to spend the weekend. Casino is just the right size, not too big or too small.
Fiery Grill was the best, great food at very reasonable prices.

Clean, safe, Super friendly,
Pool closed for days for repairs.
But no work was being done in the area.
The restaurant isn't open M T Wed.
But the bar serves hot meals daily.
The Indian tacos are excellent.

The overall property was really nice and the rooms are really liked also they were very high quality rooms, the employees were really nice, I never been there before so they helped me with any questions I had. The only negative comment that I have about the place is the food. The food is terrible and for at least myself the food that I ordered did not come prepared the way the menu says it is. Outside of that I would definitely go back I would just bring in food

My now husband and I got married at The Springs in Sperry this past weekend. Our family and friends booked the entire hotel out Friday and Saturday night. I think we had over 60 guests at the hotel.
Both of our families cannot express how grateful we are for our experience at the Skiatook Osage Casino.
We used the shuttle to and from the venue, and are so grateful to our drivers for getting us and our bridal party home safe after the wedding.
We had the large suite after the wedding, and the staff cleaned the room early in the morning so we could move our things in before the busy wedding day.
We lost so many keys and belongings among the chaos and the staff were so kind and patient with all of us letting us into our locked rooms and getting lost belongings.

They learned all of our names, and congratulated us as we walked around the casino.

The bartender was great all weekend. Jordan, the waitress, in the breakfast area was phenomenal. She handled huge tables of 20+ guests like a pro.

The front desk staff helped us move all of our luggage up. They even helped us load the huge amount of flowers for our wedding into the car. They held gifts for us downstairs and made sure we got all of our cards.

Thank you to all of you. Truly every single employee that everyone encountered was amazing. You all gave us an unforgettable experience.

My favorite place to stay. When we book at Osage we always chose the Skiatook location. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast in the morning. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

It was ok nice I guess you could say, we got there late in the evening and left early. Not a lot to tell

Need more restaurants in the casino.

We stayed here to visit family who live locally, but would not stay here again. The bed was hard and they only have two rollaway beds available. We made a reservation for two adults and two kids, but were only able to get one rollaway bed and when we asked for extra bedding for our other son, we were given blankets with no pillow or sheets. We had a room with one king bed and therefore were only given two pool passes and each additional pool pass was $15. The breakfast offered was mediocre and the restaurants were inside the casino making them loud and they smelled strongly of smoke. They also had limited hours.

The rooms are always clean, and if anything is needed, they are johnny-on-the-spot to send someone to advise or take care of the issue. The pillows are so great I tried to buy one! I have ordered 6 sets of pillows in my home, and theirs are so much better. You can eat in the diner or the bar; the menu is small but have never been disappointed, except on the ribeye steak. The cobb salad is the best I have ever had, and the house salad is great too. Pool area with hot tub, fire pit is all beautifully decorated. Plenty of security so don't have to worry about that. Only negative is that the rewards points for playing are generated at a snails pace, and you can often spin hundreds of times without getting any free games. We mostly give our wins back anyway, so it would be more fun to have more free games and free play. We held our class reunion there, and it was wonderful.

The entire place smelled like cigarette smoke coming from the casino. Even though they try to mask the smell, you could still smell it everywhere.

Where do I start I travel for the insurance company been to 50 states never once have I had an experience like this I found and removed a camera in my hotel room after bringing it up and being told it woukd be handled I left the state all to realize they charged me 300 in damages for the removed camera please ladies do not stay here it is not safe
