Pros:

Wifi is a no brainer. Was not possible to log in with room and last name. Managed once to log in via coupon from reception but only worked 15 min and extremely slow.
Ols address this as it is a basic need for any hotel

Pros:

Had a mixed experience- the check-in staff was a bit rude and didnt explain anything around check out/ amenities/ food options. Wifi instruction were communicated poorly (verbally).
The porters were really courteous and helpful.
The view from the rooms is terrible if you face the garbage dump right next to the hotel.

Good ambiance and richness in property layout. Staff accommodative. Access to rooms need improvement as current lift facilities are not freshiendly enough.
