Die Betten waren OK.

Cons:

Bei Nachfrage zum Frühstück wurde darauf verwiesen, dass kein Frühstück im Hotel angeboten wird. Es wurde mitgeteilt, dass in ca. 300 Meter Entfernung ein Edeka_Mark ein Frühstück anbietet, was wir dann auch genutzt haben.
Bei der Dusche musste man die Wasserstrahlen suchen, um den Schaum wieder ab zubekommen. Das Gleiche trifft auch auf den Wasserhahn zu. Die Lage an der Autobahn / Industriegebiet war für uns als Fahrradreisende nicht Ideal.

Nette Lage, aber die Zimmer waren nicht beheizt

Lage günstig, um Regensburg zu erkunden

Cons:

Aufenthalt im Familienzimmer mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern.
Es sollte selbstverständlich in einem Hotel sein, dass eine einstellbare Heizung insbesondere in einem kalten Dachgeschosszimmer in dem jeweiligen Raum verfügbar ist. Auch die Fußbodenheizung in dem unteren Zimmer war nicht einstellbar und bei Ankunft um 21:30 Uhr bei 20°C. Die oberen Räume waren deutlich kühler, Einschätzung ca. 3°C kälter. Es war nirgendwo ersichtlich, dass auch zu später Stunde jemand erreichbar ist. Aus meiner Sicht ist es dem Gast nicht zumutbar, um 21:30 Uhr an der Rezeption Bescheid zu sagen mit dem Hinweis auf eine mobile Heizung. Diese Heizung hätte wiederum eine längere Zeit benötigt, um das Zimmer annähernd auf akzeptable Temperatur zu bringen.
Auf Nachfrage gewährte das Hotel 30 EUR Nachlass, aber mit der Begründung, man hätte doch jederzeit das Hotel kontaktieren können.

Schönes kleines familiäres Hotel, freundlicher Empfang und super saubere Zimmer.
Pros:

Top Lage, nah an der Autobahn aber nichts davon zu hören.
