LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chili) must pay an additional fee of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption and the payment must be done in USD or euros in cash to be eligible. Guests who are not able to present both documents or pay in cash in the allowed currency will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chili. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

la Ducha poca presión de agua y se demora mucho que llegue el agua caliente , pero llega .

Cuarto y baño espaciosos. Muy buena cama y acolchados.
Desayuno muy básico
La ubicación perfecta. El estilo arquitectónico.
El desayuno podría ser mejor ( aunque el segundo día mejoró).
La presión de la ducha podría ser mejor.
Lo mejor es la atención de don Federico que se preocupa personalmente de que cada huésped esté cómodo. La habitación es muy amplia con escritorio y una cama muy cómoda con excelente calefacción. Aunque la estructura de madera cruje (estilo El Resplandor) igual le da un toque rústico. Los jardines, senderos y vista a la playa un espectáculo. Termine agradeciendo no tener TV en la pieza (hay dos salones para eso)
La estructura de madera genera ruidos constantes que con alfombras se reducen un poco. La presión de la ducha es baja lo que dificulta el aseo. El desayuno es monótono y sin variedad. La habitación no contaba con TV a pesar de aparecer en las fotos. El acceso principal al hotel y al segundo piso con maletas es muy incómodo debido a las escaleras. No hay rampa. La falta de cortina en la ventana de la cabecera dificulta el descanso (habitación número 12). Impresentable que cobren por un termo con agua.
The wifi was good when it worked but was interrupted by power outages. The lounge upstairs was a pleasant place to hang out on a rainy day.
The older lady at reception was plain rude to us - refusing the advertised hot tub although we enquired the day before and were told it was no problem by the other much nicer lady at reception. When trying to arrange it for later in the day she told us to speak Spanish when she spoke English with us before. The power was off two mornings of three days which included no heating or hot water and the shower was cold even when the power was on. We could not shower for 3 days there. There was water leaking through the roof in the hallway and around the stoves in the eating area and the common room. There was a bowl on the floor to collect the dripping water without any warning signs which was a tripping hazard in the dark hallway. There is a walking trail on the property that has broken timber bridges and staircases and no warning was given not to use the dangerous path.

Incómodo para llevar equipaje a la habitación, instalaciones muy antiguas. Relación precio-calidad.

Las instalaciones son muy antiguas, el desayuno no es bufet.

- Habitación con 2 ventanas, una sin cortinas, debí colocar mi pañuelo para oscurecer
- No cambian sábanas de cama ( mi hijo vomitó y debió acostarse en la cama del lado)
- No permiten llevar té a la Habitación ( mi hijo enfermo , no había tomado desayuno. Terminó con suero en el hospital de Chaiten)
- No realizaron aseo del baño ( restos de shampoo violeta que yo usé en la mañana)
- Sin aislamiento acústico entre habitaciones. Se escucha todo lo que ocurre en el baño de la habitación contigua ( literal todoooo )
