LOCAL TAX LAW

Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chili) must pay an additional fee of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption and the payment must be done in USD or euros in cash to be eligible. Guests who are not able to present both documents or pay in cash in the allowed currency will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chili. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

We would not recommend this hotel

It was in a good location

Cons:

This was the most expensive hotel we have stayed in on the Carretera Austral and it was overpriced. The breakfast was poor and you had to pay extra for eggs! (All the other hotels we stayed in included eggs for breakfast) The room was not clean, under the bed had not seen a broom for a long time. The doors didn’t shut properly, the walls were very thin and there was a lot of noise from other guests.

La ubicación y la señorita de la recepción.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son de muchos años, se escucha todo desde una habitación a otra, los pasajeros comienzan a moverse a las 5:00 am y se escucha en todo el hotel, la calidad precio y hotel está disparada, no vale la pena.
El desayuno es pobre y te venden como extra los huevos revueltos y no tienes opciones de desayuno. Te entregan solo 3 láminas de queso o fiambre.
El estacionamiento es precario.
