For the price I would not recommend
Pros:

Staff were very helpful with requests

Cons:

Room was dirty, there was long hair in the bed making me think sheets may not have been changed, shower was half shower at best. Needs a bloody good update.

The staff are always very courteous. I didn’t realise I was booked upstairs. I don’t think that appeared on bookings.vom

Nice
Pros:

Good location close to the centre by car, walking distance to shops, clean room. Very convenient parking for grounds level rooms with exit to the street. Good quality for money.

Cons:

Not very convenient shower space without proper glass or wall separation from the rest of the bathroom, not really a problem though.
Room interior looks tired.

The Hotel is 'tired', however it is priced accordingly. Was clean, comfy bed and had a shower!
Pros:

It was last minuted accommodation after a cancelled flight, arriving around 10.30pm. Room was available.

Cons:

The shower is so tiny, I was lucky to fit in it!!

Exceptional experience.
Pros:

From the moment we booked in, we loved every minute. Exceptional service, the staff here is top tier, so friendly. A lot of character to the Brentwood. What a cool place to stay.

I would not recommend even though close to the airport which was dissapointing.
Pros:

The location was great, but there was poor communication between workers and the night manager was derogatory in his use of language.

Cons:

There was a shuttle advertised but this was misadvertised and poorly communicated as to why the shuttle wasn’t running and why a taxi was ordered and why we couldn’t return to the hotel using the shuttle. We therefore had to use our own car to ensure we could get back from the airport. The day and morning staff were helpful, but the manager seemed annoyed that we hadn’t paid enough for the booking at booking.com and getting the lowest rate a problem and also the night manager was condescending in his use of language at 4am. I do not like to be called darling.

Pros:

For us the location was great. Beds very comfy. Family room nice and spacious. We arrived early and were happy to wait till check in time but the found us rooms as soon as we got there at 8.15 am. Staff were really nice. The diner chef and dining room staff understood the importance of no cross contamination of gluten for our coeliac daughter.

Cons:

It’s not that I didn’t like it, loved the art deco vibe, but the bathrooms are a bit dated, soft water pressure, low shower head.
