Comfortable and reasonably priced. Great location for my needs.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the room - it was a perfect size.
Having one bed in the room for one person meant the room was warm and inviting. The shower was good.

Cons:

Would have been nice to be able to use the transfer services to locals other than the airport as the weather was terrible for walking.

Great location, facilities and helpful friendly staff who go the extra mile
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, they met us at our room and helped with the luggage. Very much appreciated especially given the wet and wild weather conditions, late in the evening and tired kids!

Amazing staff nothing was any trouble. Shout out to Harold who jump started my car he really went above and beyond.

It had everything you needed for a single nights stay and was tidy and clean, but I feel it was overpriced for the size

Cons:

It was very small. There was nowhere to sit other than on the bed or a single desk chair. Although there wasn’t enough room to fit a two seater or even a single lounge chair.

Accommodation for $$ average. Service was great at the front desk. Thank you.
Pros:

Easy to the airport, free shuttle in the morning too.

Cons:

It’s dated. Heater in room took ages to work in a cold night and shower takes ages to heat up and slow flow within the shower.

Avery big disappointment , especially I was trying hard to show my partner , my Wellington stay
Pros:

Nice comfortable bed . All facilities within the one roof .

Cons:

Somewhat dated . Staff did not attend to my pre-stay request . Food from Bain-marie was always cold .
Had to wait for my meals on 2 seperate occassions - my partner had finished her meal by the time I reeived mine !!!
The first meal that was deliverded to me was not even what I had ordered . Talk about Fawlty Towers .

Pros:

A special mention has to go to the shuttle driver we had, had him for dropping us off and picking us up from the airport , customer service and personality 110%, also Nigel at reception showed great people skills and very easy to deal with.
