Loved the pool. I did not enjoy having to keep getting new key cards. Going up and down the Elevator at 11 o’clock at ni
Pros:

The lady that was working on Sunday @11:00pm she was very helpful.

Cons:

My key card would not work for 7 straight times. I had to go up and down the elevator for 7 straight times. I was off for work the next day and my wife could not get into the room with our 2 kids. She was locked out of the room. The front desk lady that was working mid afternoon she would not give my wife a key card. She was being really rude. So I had to leave work and fix the problem so my wife and 2 kids were not locked out while I was at work.

It was a good place to stay although the hotel needs some cleaning and updating
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly. It did not smell musty or moldy. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Heard highway noise all night. The pool was NOT heated. The carpet has stains and needs to be cleaned. The carpet isn’t vacuumed in the corners. The fold out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable.

Comfortable and easy access to roads and restaurants
Pros:

Room suite was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

The room temp was set at 65 and to cold first night. The ac unit said “on” with no way to change temp. We complained the next morning and then told there was thermostat on the wall behind the door.

I liked the staff and the room was clean with everything I needed. Blackout curtains would be nice
Pros:

The elevators smelled like an old bowling alley and the room had no black out curtains to block thr interstate 200 feet away

Cons:

better sound and light deprivation as the interstate is so close

Cozy little tucked away nice simple place to stay.
Pros:

I like the peace and at home feeling the pool was small but relaxing.

Cons:

Could use a little updating kinda looking a little bit rundown and out dated and parking is a bit limited and run down still over all cozy
