Ubicacion céntrica
The location. It was walking distance from the stadium.
The breakfast was very disappointing. The room is standard but small things are missing, like no water at all available (free or with charge), no plastic bag for laundry, etc. Also don’t pay for a high floor view. It is not worth it. WiFi was not working. We could get connected but no images were downloading on the screen. Absolutely not what you can expect from a Hyatt hotel.
Close to the stadium and downtown. The room was clean.
It was expensive due to WC surge and pricing

Location
Uncomfortable bed, tiny pillows, horrible breakfast, some of the staff was rude, load train horn a 4am every morning
The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are great, but the bath towels had a very strong smell of being stored for a long time.
1 - The night employee of the bar can’t fulfill my request to buy an espresso, because he said that the night only sells alcoholic beverages, even with the machine running in front of me. THAT WAS TERRIBLE, NOT BEING ABLE TO BUY A COFFEE AT THE HOTEL.
2 - The towels were not dirty, but the smell of chemicals or stored for a long time was very strong, to the point of leaving the smell on my body again).
Location was great and centrally located for our stay. Parked and didn't need the car for areas we were visiting.
Everything worked for our visit.
Right next to the aquarium and World of Coca Cola, which was very convenient. Unfortunately we got caught up in World Cup events and traffic and rods to hotel were closed. Some services weren’t available when we stayed. Breakfast was so-so.
Breakfast wasn’t great.
Location for the aquarium visit
All staff very friendly and helpful
Especially Sytara at the front desk, always had a smile and willing to help
The valet attendants assisted us each time we needed to get in our vehicle. They were more than accommodating and friendly.
There were a few tiles missing in the bathroom. I believe it was from constructing the slider door between the shower and the sink sink. No big deal.
Right next to train tracks and not much sound proofing in the room. Parking is an extra $60 for an already expensive room. The breakfast area was not cleaned often enough and the floors around the tables were covered with food and sticky syrup
