Good stay, parking is high and conflicting prices

Cons:

Parking was entirely too expensive. And the paper said $60 for parking, the sign at valet said $60. But front desk said $75, and I was charged 75$. Per night (stayed 1 night). Parking should be included

Room had stains in one of the tables and that's a clear demonstration that it wasn't cleaned properly. Also had to pay for parking. $60.00 per night.

I love the location and assistance when needed.

Cons:

The prices were not transparent enough for me. Things like parking and deposits. Things in the room was not plugged in or easy to access. The food was not good for the rates that was changed. I expected more. I will not book this location again.

Excellent Stay at Hyatt!
Pros:

Everything was excellent! The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was great. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Just got back from a fantastic stay in downtown Atlanta and wanted to share a quick recap! Hyatt Place Atlanta Centennial Park was clean and well maintained, making for a really comfortable visit. The staff? Absolutely wonderful—super friendly and helpful at every turn. A special shoutout to Jesse at the front desk (I hope I got his name right!) and Catfish from maintenance, who went above and beyond with their exceptional friendliness. But really, everyone I met—from housekeeping, front desk and maintenance to valet and the breakfast bar folks—was great.

Speaking of breakfast, it was awesome! The breakfast bar had a huge variety of items, all kept hot and well stocked. The area was spotless, which made starting the day even better.

Location-wise, it couldn’t get much better. The hotel sits right across the street from the Georgia Aquarium and is an easy walk to the Coca Cola Experience and Centennial Park. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants around for when hunger strikes later.

One downside though: parking. We ended up paying $120 per night to park two cars. We had two because we were meeting our daughters’ family for this get-together and covered their expenses as well. Definitely a bit of a sore spot, but honestly, the awesome hotel experience and friendly staff made the stay memorable despite that.

Overall, a highly recommended spot if you’re visiting Atlanta and want to be close to the action with great service and a great vibe!

Ok if the other locations are sold out for your conference

Close to conference center.

Cons:

Room was dirty, dirty glass, stain on the couch, peeling plastic packaging wrap on the bedframe. Overall the room was nice, but lacked some attention to detail on the cleaning side. Pelaton bike in the weight room was broken. Smelled heavily of cheap fragrance in the hallway.
