The breakfast was exceptional. The food excellent quality and delicious. Service and ambience very good.
The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. The only down side, the rooms are not equipped to deal with luggage. You have a closet with hangers and luckily we both arrived with carry on. However those for a longer stay and larger luggage will need to find a place to put it.

Un super petit déjeuner avec au choix un plat salé + un plat sucrée + thé ou tisanes .
La proximité du centre qui nous a permis de profiter du carnaval de Bacalar.
Le lieux reposant
La chambre est petite mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça puisque nous restions dans les espaces communs pour nous reposer

Dit is het slechtste hotel waar ik ooit ben geweest. Alleen maar herrie, je stikt bijna in de kleine kamer en veel te duur. Belachelijk dat dit 5 sterren heeft en het personeel en booking.com niks doen om je te helpen
Hôtel très bien décoré, le lit est confortable, les chambres propre. Gros gros plus : le petit déjeuner inclus. Vraiment incroyable.
Le personnel est gentil et arrangeant.
L’hôtel est en travaux donc le bruit, la poussière dans la piscine qui la rend inutilisable… dommage.

La stanza senza aperture, risulta claustrofobica.
Il bagno emanava un odore cattivo ed insopportabile. Pur dormendo con la porta del bagno chiusa si è sentito l'odore nauseabondo tutta la notte
L’emplacement et le restaurant sont bien.
Il faudrait mettre à jour les photos de la piscine car la vue a changé entre temps et il n’y a plus les petits bassins

Super Lage nahe an der Lagune. Der grosse Pool mit direktem Zugang zur Bar war top. Das Restaurant war super lecker.

L'hôtel est bien placé et le personnel est assez agréable.
La piscine est trop froide donc pas possible de se baigner. De plus il y'a des travaux en face de l'hôtel, c'est juste horrible.
Enfin les chambres sont très petites, et il manque des équipements comme le sèche cheveux. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix
Moderner Poolbereich, super Lage direkt gegenüber ist ein kostenfreier Zugang zum Steg, Tinyhouse-Konzept ist cool gemacht, leckeres Frühstück.
Zum Teil lautstarke Bauarbeiten und unangenehme Gerüche im Badezimmer.
The location was great aswell as the outside area of the hotel with the bar, pool and restaurant.
The rooms themselves… might be good for some people however we found it way too small to be comfortable. The WiFi did not work.
A arquitetura do hotel é linda e bem jovial. A maioria dos atendentes é muito gentil. O café da manhã não é buffet, cada pessoa tem direito a um pedido por dia. Porém as opções são deliciosas!
A manutenção das áreas deixou um pouco a desejar. A piscina estava um pouco suja, e quando chegamos tivemos que esperar mais de 1hr após nosso horário de check in para entrar no quarto, pois não havia sido limpo.
Os quartos são bem pequenos, mas reformados e novos.
No domingo teve um "sunset" com DJ na piscina, e me parece que é um evento aberto a não-hóspedes. Eu e meu marido ficamos bem desconfortáveis, pois chegaram várias pessoas de fora bebendo, fumando, um pouco fora da vibe que estávamos no momento.
Location is fantastic, walking distance to many fantastic restaurants and a wonderful free pier to watch the sunrise. The staff were very friendly and kindly amended to the dates of our booking ahead of time. Quality of breakfast and the bar were very good value for money.
The door locking system was temperamental and security on the rooms could have been better because the passcodes were not complex especially given no safes in the rooms.

Le détecteur de mouvement pour la lumière n’est pas non plus très ingénieux lorsque l’on veut aller aux toilettes la nuit sans réveiller ceux qui dorment…
Le personnel étais super sympathique, le cuisinier étais excellent , si vous êtes végétarien vous êtes au paradis dans cet hôtel là, la nourriture est excellent !
La chambre trop petite , pas de porte pour la salle de bain, pas de télévision , pas de petit frigidaire.
