El hotel está muy bonito y bien decorado. Las habitaciones no están tan espaciosas, sin embargo, se sienten amplias. Se duerme muy a gusto. La zona de alberca está excelente para pasar el día. El personal siempre fue muy atento y dispuesto, nos ayudaron a resolver todas nuestras dudas. El desayuno incluido es increíble; cuentas con una opción de té o café y una entrada dulce o un platillo salado, pero todo está delicioso porque es cocina de origen. En general vivimos una muy buena experiencia. Además, se encuentra a media cuadra del Balneario Municipal El Aserradero, que es un espacio en el que se puede ingresar sin costo a nadar a la laguna; y está a 3 cuadras del centro de Bacalar.

La regadora no tenia casi presión y una cobija extra estaría de lujo

Amazing lounge area and pool. Food can be a bit expensive but amazing quality
Not a real complaint, but the AC in the rooms doesn’t really reach the bed (2nd floor-ish). Still gets cool after a while though

One issue to review on your side please is with the light in the bathroom. While you take a shower, the light will automatically switch off after a few minutes. We were a couple as such we managed by having the other doing some moves when the light switches off to switch it on again however not ideal ! Thx

Very unique and beautiful ambiance. Very creative architectural design. We loved the seating right in the pool, lounge chairs or bed swings. The restaurant next to it was really great, good food , breakfast a la carte. Location very close to the center and the lake. Nature friendly, they even had veru unique natural beehives for tiny mexican bees ( dont sting).
The rooms were really tiny, but we expected it. The bed is in the upper part of the room. There was a noise early in the morning, i think it was a ventilator from the kitchen.

Gente amable, el lugar con una vibra muy tranquila, muy buenas opciones de desayuno y una excelente ubicacion.
No habia television, la realidad es que aun asi no importa y califico de 10 al hotel, pero quiza para algunos sea necesario al menos tenerla....
