Highly disappointing lack of management presence to resolve urgent issue
Pros:

Hotel was centrally located and clean

Cons:

Air conditioning generated heat. Room was unbearable and no assistance offered whatsoever. Requested to speak with manager who didn’t appear in our 3 night stay at all.
Rusty fan placed in room but required the balcony door to be open to make it bearable. Completely unsafe as we travelled with a toddler. Multiple promises that manager would be available to speak to but no communication was made. Entire hotel had non working aircon, multiple people at reception making same complaint.
Reception staff apologetic throughout but could not offer any resolution until an engineer would come in 3 days. Attempted to contact manager/ owner by phone on multiple occasions in my presence with no response.
Unsuitable accommodation for child when balcony doors needed to stay open to make room almost bearable to sleep in.

Очень комфортное расположение, приятное соотношение цены и качества. Уютный интерьер и чистенький номер. Все понравилось
Pros:

Отель располагается в 3-5 минутах пешком от пляжа. В номере было чистенько, уютно и комфортно. Персонал очень внимательный и дружелюбный. На крыше есть бассейн, терраса и красивые виды на город.
