El hotel está lindo y el personal muy buen.
El baño de la ducha es una burla no media más de 1.20 m2 uno no se puede ni agachar no no , uno tenía que pasar al lado del espejo y taza inodoro para estar cómodo , la playa que tiene a los metros que dicen realmente no era tan linda en cuestión playa turística, realmente es embarcadero decenas de barcos y lanchas . Caminar a ella no es especial .
Old Mexico charming resort with a gorgeous beach club where you get the best service (Ihave to mention Joseph who took care of us,thank you). Located right next to the beach,having all the comfort- you can book a great massage at the beach after the long flight.
.2 pools,clean and well maintained and a restaurant on side also serving at the pool or rooms.
Towel service at the pool,great to have a gym on side!
Wish there was a coffee maker in the room as we arrived being 2h behind ( that means that we wake up at 6am) and nothing is open

La piscina estuvo bastante bien, la ubicación bastante bien, muy cerca de la playa y tambn para salir a caminar

L’hôtel est très beau avec beaucoup de végétation magnifique, belles piscines et idéalement placé. Le Beach Club en accès libre pour les clients de l’hôtel est un vrai + ! Nous avons adoré y passer une journée. Le personnel de l’hôtel est sympa. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel :)
Nakon odlaska iz hotela dobili smo obavijest da su pronasli krizic sa ogrlice koji smo trazili.(vjerojatno dok su cisitili sobu). Hvala im na toj obavijesti
Dolaskom u hotel otpracen sam do sobe gdje smo trebali odsjesti i na prvi pogled sam vidio da je ograda od balkona trula. Jako opasno, a pogotovo za moju obitelj jer sam bio s djecom. Nakon toga smo smjesteni u drugu sobu. Ta soba je imala takodjer nedostatke poput klime koja se nije mogla namjestiti da puse prema gore jer je smjeralo bilo neispravno i puhalo je samo prema dolje. Direktno u glavu. Glava od tusa je bila slomljena takodjer. Hotel oprema krevete samo sa tankom plahtom sto za nocenje od 220 dolara nije standard. Takodjer u tih 220 dolara nije bio ukljucen niti dorucak. Mi smo se odlucili na ovaj hotel zbog slika koje su prikazivale plazu ispred hotela, to je bio sadrzaj koji smo trazili. Medjutim, za doci do plaze treba setnja od par stotina metara. Prvu noc nas je osoblje usmjerilo prema toj plazi jer je tamo navodno bilo restorana. Medjutim, kada smo dosli tamo tim putem(koji je bio neosvjetljen), shvatili smo da je sve zatvoreno. Vratili smo se u hotel pitajuci mozemo li nesto pojesti u hoteskom restoranu. Nazalost, rekli su nam da moramo cekati vise od jednog i pol sata na poslugu zbog guzve? Nakon toga smo otisli u centar jesti. Imajuci sve to na umu uoci druge noci obavijestio sam osoblje na recepciji da nisam zadovoljan uslugom i da cemo mi ujutro napustiti objekt. Zahtjevao sam neki vid rekompenzacije zbog svega navedenog. Nakon nekog vremena primio sam poruku na mobitel gdje mi je nadredjeni napisao da mi nude najbolju sobu u hotelu. Medjutim meni je vec bilo dosta svega i odlucio sam otici. Na moje upite za rekompenzaciju ostalih dviju noci, upravitelj mi je rekao da ne mogu uciniti nista jer sam rezervaciju ucinio preko bookinga, te da se sam obratim bookingu koji ce se kasnije obratiti njima. To sam i ucinio, medjutim booking me obavijestio da od objekta nema odgovora. Sve j svemu jedno jako lose iskustvo.
Le beach club est correct et le personnel est assez réactif.
L'obsolescence du matériel dans les chambres laisse beaucoup à désirer, le fait aussi de ne pas avoir de petit déjeuner compris dans le prix. Le beach club est à une centaine de mètres à pied de l'hôtel et les places de parking sont assez limitées avec une fermeture du parking à une certaine heure. Les photos sont assez belles mais il faut quand même se méfier.

No tiene playa como tal, las fotos son de otro club de playa. Tienes que caminar hacia ése club. Está junto a una gasolinera y esa calle da muy mal aspecto. La habitación estaba en 6 piso... NO TIENE ELEVADOR. Eso me pareció súper malo. Las habitaciones no están totalmente equipadas. Para una plancha hay que ir hasta la recepción. El aire acondicionado hace ruido insoportable.

Super pero súper fatal el internet, el precio me pareció muy caro, no es desayuno bufet y el desayuno que dan súper limitado
