It was a very relaxing stay.
Pros:

beautiful surroundings, nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff. the style of breakfast was healthy and kitchen staff accommodating.

All out of my day was nice. I will do it again. Their gift shop had a lot of nice stuff to choose from handmade pottery

Very helpful Stev large room with very comfortable bed very nice landscaping

Cons:

From the main road highway one it takes about 15 minutes to arrive to this property so if you are planning to go towards Pixar, it’s considerable detour but if you plan to stay in Carmel, then it’s OK

Great location, pleasant staff - a huge risk to value and quality of vacation due to poor acoustics

Cons:

Very low acoustic noise isolation b/w rooms. With loud neighbors - I could not have a reasonable sleep. No one at reception to call past midnight when noise was still loud.

Pros:

Big rooms with king beds and small patios.

Cons:

Outdated furnishings for price point. Welcoming was limited upon arrival. Continental breakfast was adequate. Dining room seating was crowded. A few miles from downtown Carmel

Charming stay.
Pros:

Charming overall set up.. Check in, breakfast , bed comfort all are 5 star rated. Bathroom pretty small and heater, though set very low still put out heat making it difficult to get room temp down.

Pros:

Stayed twice and each time its lovely. Rooms are charming with sweet touches of home. Food is delicious. I especially like the towels for showering, like brand new! Bed always comfortable. Pillows could be a bit softer. Love the lodge
