Euro Plaza Hotel - Taksim Pera

Je n’es qu’un mot à dire à fuir, je n’ai jamais de ma vie trouvé une hôtel aussi horrible. C’est une arnaque. Je me demande même ce qu’elle fait sur un site comme Expedia l’état des chambres et catastrophique. Tout est très sale. Les ascenseurs sont dangereuses. L’hôtel est en ruine des fissures au mur, le plafond porte d’énormes traces d’humidité et de moisi. Je suis choqué de mon expérience dans cet établissement😱😱😱😱😱😱

Nous avons en séjourné dans l'hôtel pour une réservation normalement de 3 nuits Du 27 au 30/01/2025 Mais à notre arrivée les chambres n'étaient pas du tout ce qui était écrit sur le site sale qualité de l'hôtel médiocre le personnel fumer dans l'hôtel nous avons trouvé des mégots et de l'urine dans les Escalier Les chambres étaient de qualités médiocres sale insonorisée une odeur intenable nous avions une Réserver une chambre pour 3 mets nous avons un lit Pour 2 personnes Nous avons voulu annuler la chambre mais le personnel disaient que nous avions installé la chambre alors qu'elle était dans un état pitoyable petit déjeuner les médiocres Nourriture à ne pas manger pas frais du tout Nous avons été déçus de l'hôtel mais encore plus du site expediaqui publie des hôtels sur leurs sites avec des avis Noter 9 exceptionnels alors que ça ne mérite même pas un 1 un qualité de l'hôtel médiocre a revoir vous devriez aller visiter les hôtels avant de 2 les publicités sur votre site car les clients qui viennent de l'étranger sont souvent déçus Booking est quand même un site beaucoup plus Proche de la réalité À fuir ne recommande pas du tout

I came back to get my memories ,it definatly change not to the best Unfortunatly.

Our stay at Euro Plaza hotel was really satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful.
One piece of advice about our trip to Istanbul : ❌Never Ever Take a Tour with “BEDIR tour agency”. They r a group of liars and fraudsters.
They charged us $80 for each tourist package and took us to historical places which had free admissions😏
Their mismanagement ruined our day to Buyukada Island. They hadn’t checked the weather conditions and it was terribly raining and we couldn’t even take good photos. Most tourist were complaining.
Unfortunately, their food services had the least quality. I texted and called them but their manager answered me way too impolitely, didn’t pay attention to my complaints, didn’t cancel our tour packages and didn’t refund our money.
Plz DON’T waste ur money on Badir tour agency.

Worst hotel ever!
First of all, it has almost no pools. It seems it has but the jacuzzi is not working and the pool temperature is that cold that you can't tolerate more than 10 seconds. The restaurant has a good view but the breakfast is medicore. Above all, personnel are very rude, particularly those who working at the massage floor and pool.

Absolute scam. It was kind if ironic! The only reason i chose this hotel was the advertised inclusive pool. However what i saw was a freezing cold one with an out of order sauna. To make matters worse, the workers there guilt tripped me into giving them tips for doing absolutely nothing and after i refused they totally misbehaved on the next following miserable days. You are least welcome there.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
We had never stayed at such an awful place before:
We entered this hotel on Saturday and stayed till Wednesday, and they gave us a key to a room on the first floor which had a view to they alley, and constructors were working just under our window and the noise was all in our room from 9am to 18pm. We didn't want this room and asked them a dozens of times to change it but first they promised they would but then they lied that we don't have empty rooms, but we knew that it was a lie since our friends just had entered this hotel during our stay. The worst part was that there was a DISCO on the first floor that played loud musics from 11pm to 8am, I mean who would ever do that ????? The noise didn't let us sleep well at all, and they did nothing about it although we complained a lot.
It's the dirtiest hotel ever, I was in the room when the maid came to clean our room, she just flushed the toilet, mopped the floor, didn't change the sheets despite me telling her, we put the towels they provided for us on the floor cause we weren't sure they are clean, and we were right cause she just folded them and put them on our bed again and I told her that these were on the floor you shouldn't have done it !!!!
The room had bugs and mosquitoes !!!! We were killing a bunch of them every day. God knows if they ever change the sheets. The only positive thing about this hotel was their breakfast.

This place is awful. It's very dirty upon walking into the lobby and the lights are dim. I asked the reception if it was possible for him to call a taxi since I could not. He said, "I can't" in perfect English. I asked why and he told me to leave. I did not stay here, thank goodness, but beware not to. No idea who is writing other reviews beyond one star.

Am not recommended this hotel at all, rooms not clean, breakfast it comes from 1 star hotel it same everyday, even water they give you when you arrived 2 bottles of water only, evaluates take forever to come

This hotel is the worst you can get. Very dirty bed sheets and insects in.
the bathrooms. Broken lamps that they don't fix so you live in darkness. No room service at all and when you order food at 8 pm from the room service they tell you no because kitchen is closed. The sattalites is not working. They barely speak and understand English. Only Turkish. It was a very bad experience and very bad hotel that could never been categorized under 4 stars. It is a non star hotel

If you want to reserve this hotel you should know this recommendation
1.the view of this hotel is very nice but inside there are many difficulties
You should give at arrival to reception guys and want them to give a room in upstairs after 7th floor
This hotel has been repaired just for floor 6th to 11th
The 2...5floor are very old and everything has been got broken.and full of cocourech.
It is necessary to say there is cocourech in up stairs but less than downstairs.
2.the variety of breakfast is too less just cheese with different shapes not omlete just boiled egg
3.the stuff are very bad and don't answer at all
3.to get to metro you should walk about 10 min and istikbal ave. 8 min
This hotel is placed near a highway and isn't in a alloy .

Although this hotel is near to downtown and Taksim Roundabout and Istiklal Street, it's so cozy and convenient. Its staffs were friendly and it has friendly atmosphere with a scenic view and clean pool. Moreover, my room was tidy and safe.

I have to say I was very worried about the reviews on TA.

I was expecting a hotel of horrors, and possibly the worst travel experience of my life.

When my friends and I arrived at this hotel after a very long trip the staff could not have been more helpful.

They let us check in 7 hours early and the room was incredible. The bathroom had recently been renovated and was shocked with great shower gels and shampoos.

What a wonderful hotel and a great location.

My experience at Euro Plaza Hotel during my stay from April 26th to April 30th, 2023 was extremely disappointing.

The hotel's conditions were far below what I expected from a four-star establishment, and I cannot recommend it.

-The rooms were outdated, with old furniture that did not match the images shown online. -The bed sheets were old and worn, with holes in them.
-A strong sewage odor permeated the rooms.
-Unfortunately, both the indoor and outdoor pools were closed.
-Most of the rooms lacked a safe box.
-The breakfast was limited and simple, not at all like the advertised photos.
-Furthermore, towels were scarce throughout the hotel.
-The staff's English fluency was not up to par,
-and the rooms were not cleaned properly.

On the positive side, the hotel was located just a ten-minute walk from Esteghlal Street, and the bathrooms had been renovated.
The location was convenient, and the eighth floor and above offered a better view.

Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the numerous issues I encountered during my stay.

Room was fair ,no hot water at the sink in the bathroom, for shaving only tap with sensor and cold water!! Breakfast horrible same old stuff everyday, eggs?? Only build, coffee tasted horrible it seemed they boiled Turkish coffee and poured in a big jar.never enjoyed a breakfast while staying there.

It is quite interesting that after 10 years from the first time I came to this hotel it didnt changes that much but there are some issues they dont change sheets everyday?!!! they dont use a good sleepers its terribly slippery, there is not tissue in the room they just put water for the first day and not recharge it even teabag or coffee , the quality of shampoo is not good so i think its like 3 stars hotel, well i expect more from them, and the last thing if you arrive day time and you want to use the safe box there is no instruction and you have to wait till 11 pm till manager comes and help you ?!!! but over all they are kind and helpful

To be fair, the reception staff, especially Fatih and Karim, etc., were excellent in their attitude and help, but unfortunately the visit to the spa was a horror, where I was greeted by the spa manager named Mustafa, who told me that it was possible to stay in the spa free of charge for only 10 minutes, when this is against the hotel's procedures. It seems that the intention was to force Scammed me to get massage services at exorbitant prices instead on the side of the very very negative and inappropriate attitude to say the least the hammam was really cold the steam sauna was faulty and also just disgusting I have no other words for sure I will not go back there

The worst hotel I've ever stayed! The room wasn't clean enough, there were stains in the floor and on the furniture. There were Cockroaches 🪳 that were running around alive in our room and in some other friends' room, when we asked for another room because of it they said that they can send someone to clean and didn't accept to give us another room. The wifi was really bad, it was getting disconnected all the time and you had to ask the reception for the new password every time you were coming back to the hotel. One of the windows of the room couldn't be closed and they had used duck tape to close it, so cold was getting in from the window and all the noise from outside could be heard in the room. When you turned on the heating system it was smelling like sewage system. Breakfast was quite bad too. Not big variety and not many things that you usually eat for breakfast.
