What they show in web site, practically none. Bedsheets and towels bad. Messup hallway. No single Star value.

Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. Convenient location near key attractions. Some noise from nearby roads but overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Excellent hotel with spacious, spotless rooms and welcoming staff. Breakfast is delicious with great variety, and the location is perfect for exploring. Minor road noise, but overall an amazing stay—highly recommended!

Not so good area to stay but as it is near by US consulate and it is just a 1 and half day to spend and additionally it has restaurant on ground floor so you do not need to go anywhere for lunch m dinner

Over all experience is ok . If you specially go for US VISA it’s near by auto’s take around 5 minutes. But area is little dirty . hotel management is average. Rooms bit smelly like a cigarette or others. Otherwise it not bad but not to good as well.

Property was ok for couple of days stay. i think the amount i paid was not worth for a the given room standard. 15 minutes from consulate for interview or dropbox. though location of hotel is not good . nothing near by. area was not good/ dirty. nothing near by for lunch/dinner . u have to depand on hotel food service only. staff was very nice . i reached early and they help accomodate us in 1 room till our checkin time.

dont get misguided with the images. hotel locality itself is dodgy. feels like you are getting into a cave not a hotel. rooms are ok. no restaurant available. staff not supportive. very poor management. manager is never available to speak to. strrongly not recommended.

It was unnecessarily expensive, it mentions parking available, whole there is no parking provided, the staff and manager was very rude when we asked them why this was mentioned.
The hotel is just opposite to a dumpyard, so filthy smell and road is something that is not worth 6 k .
They provided breakfast which was poha and bread no options available not even eggs if you ask them.

Please don't be fooled by the location, it is near to the embassy so people might be booking it but I didn't find it like a family hotel

Terrible place. Don’t go here. They brought a bucket of water as there was no water. Complimentary breakfast wrapped in newspaper from neighbouring restaurant but you have to only choose out of specific items they have tie up on. I felt like running away from this place

Best hotel near BKC visa embassy and with great staff and bog rooms. Nearby to jio garden, visa embassy and jio dive. Had a great experience with and helpful staff breakfast was good and quality was best

The ambience was great , loved the well maintained furnished rooms , and hygienic washrooms. The service given was good. I had stayed for a night , and will definitely visit again with family. I highly recommend this place .

Stayed here for a night , was around for a business meeting. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly and courteous as well. Hygiene is also well taken care of. Would definitely like to visit here again !

Well I had made prior reservation at this hotel through Goibibo app almost a week prior and I was supposed to check-in on a Saturday at 3 pm. Firstly, the hotel is surrounded by garbage on all the sides. The locality is bar, there are slums around the hotel, the lift smells puke and the reception guys are non-responsive. As soon as I reached the hotel to check-in at 3 pm I got the shock of my life as the reception guy at the hotel said there were no rooms available. I told him that I had done a booking through goibibo's app a week prior to checking in still he said all the rooms are booked and he can't allot is a room, after arguing with him and Goibibo customer care for almost an hour they agreed on giving me the refund. This was the most pathetic service by Goibibo ever since I had to travel 30 kms from my house to this hotel and I was denied check-in. IT IS A REQUEST TO WHOSOEVER IS BOOKING A ROOM HERE, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK, THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE WORST OF THE LOCATIONS AND THEY DONT CARE A DAMN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR BETTER OPTIONS.
