Bit run down, not luxurious at all.
We paid for two days initially and once we reached hotel it was terrible i cant explain. furniture, matress and room itself was terrible. Staff was not bad, we had to leave right after one or two hours and we found another hotel and let first day money wasted without staying there

The hotel is in a good location,only a 5 minute walk from the beach and Walking Street .
The staff is friendly and speaks both Thai and English

Beds were quite uncomfortable, flow of shower was poor, flow of washbasin tap was poor, Room was conjusted.

I reached that place 1 am … door was closed and no one there … its not hotel …. Its like a private home …
Great location. Big rooms with big wardrobe, desk space and lots of storage and room to spread out. Good amenities all working well. Big comfortable bed, TV with lots of international channels. Window with view of the beach and sea. Good lift to the upper floors. Room made up daily. Good security with security boxes kept behind reception. Close proximity to transport, clubs, restaurants and the beach.
Nothing to dislike. It was what it was. The hotel was part of an older building complex with an older style of fitout but functioned perfectly well and no complaints. Boyz Town can get a bit lively sometimes but not an issue for the hotel.

This hotel is a little dated, but it had all I needed. A good bed, good shower, quiet room, friendly staff.
