Excellent place

Good family hotel althouht there are a lot of party people with woman in as well. We loved the convenience of having washing machine and kitchen.

The only downside was there was no coffee machine. I have even addresses this to the GM's email address but never got any feedback. Other competitors like Sonder offer coffee machines in the serviced apartments.

Another thing is the housekeepers threw away the straw of my baby bottle hence I am not able to use it anymore. I have asked them about it as well but they didn't get back to me.

Overall, I think for the price you pay you can get much better treatment in 5 star hotel.

This property is located very close to the Dubai Mall. And the rooms have very clear view of the Burj Khalifa. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The kitchen was immaculate. The bathroom has everything you need.

The front desk representatives were also kind and courteous. Especially the Filipina lady (I forgot her name) who was very attentive to our needs.

Great location, modern apartment. Dubai mall and many restaurants in walking distance. Nice view from high floors. Pool and gym available. Just the kitchen equipment is a little old and in our case was dirty. Good value for money. No coffee maker in the room. We booked it again for our next stay.

I liked the everything about this place.

The stay was overall one of the best in dubai but:
1- the internet as a gamer was horrible !!!
2- they dont provide ice
3- Self Parking due to covid i am guessing and the visitors parking are always full and we had the two bedroom suite for four persons booked and all they gave us was one card for the in house parking
4- loved the fact that they allow the delivery personal come upstairs
5- their room service and pool and hotel cleanliness is very good
Ps: they need to change the carpets in some rooms because their either torn out or burned by ash

VIDA was a great pick for a weekend stay over w my friends. The place was super clean and we no troubles during our stay-James at the desk was super helpful:) ask for him!

We all liked the spacious and glitzy 3br with maid’s room somptuous apartment with nice views. The rooms were immaculately clean and the location is in the heart of downtown.

Superb location, amazing views of the Burj Khalifa, staff very helpful. Whilst it does not have the hotel amenities, the location is so good you do not want for anything.

I checked in my guest and his family on this hotel apartment and my reviews is based on their experience. They like the room, aside from the building is newly open, the view and the location is perfect for family stay.

We stayed here over Christmas and New Years 2019. The building has only been open since august, and we booked it that month and were a little sceptical at first, but Can happily Say this apartment ticked every box for us!

We stayed in the one bed canal view, kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, water refilled every day, house keeping everyday too, 2 bathrooms, washing/drying machine also which helped save us the washing at home!

A short 10 minute walk over to the mall, a 5 minute walk to the fountains, easy taxi access.
Concierge staff all very friendly and accommodating!
Pool is lovely and gets very hot up there.

All in all a beautiful stay in such a convenient location, building is to a very high standard, supermarket is over the road for anything else you’ll need too.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The rooms were spacious and clean. Abraham was very accommodating with our various requests. The property is safe with lots of features that promote safety of tenants. There was also a small convenience store across the street. It seemed to have everything we needed like washer/dryer, iron and ironing table, hair dryer, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and utensils. This made it so much easier traveling with an infant. All in all we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Abraham and staff for a wonderful stay.

قمة الاحراج لي والعملاء الآخرين. اضطريت لإلغاء الحجز واستعادة المبلغ .لاني لا أضمن دخول اي عميل علي في المستقبل . سوف اقوم برفع شكوى لدى هيئة السياحة بدبي

من افضل الشقق الفندقيه اللي سكنتها بدبي قريب جداً من برج خليفه نظافه ممتازه واستقبال رائع المره القادمه راح اسكن فيه ان شاءالله
