Too much road noise in the bedroom. Would not recommend,or return.
Pros:

Location was good for the area,, and car parking was included . Breakfast was tasty with good service.

Cons:

Road noise was very loud in the room, and it disturbed sleep. I can see why they put earplugs in the room.
Had to leave after the first night as we had a family problem back home, but I was still charged for two nights.

Lovely place , fantastic staff & delicious food.
Pros:

Feels much older than it really is (in a good way),
Staff were excellent . Only stayed overnight. I’m sure if we’d stayed longer the other scores would have been higher!

Cons:

1 side of the Car park resembles the famous nearby landscape feature 🤣

Fabulous mini break!
Pros:

Friendliness of the staff, lovely decor, fabulous food and menu, beautiful room with lovely complimentary toiletries, tea, coffee and chocolate. Little jars of sweets and nuts and bottled water both sparkling and still.

Fantastic hotel with friendly and welcoming staff and amazing, delicious gluten free food available.
Pros:

The Hotel was wonderful. The building is an old Grade II listed building and so the rooms are very spacious. The staff did everything to make us comfortable, even down to a personalised letter in the room listing all the relevant details needed for the stay. The room and ensuite were lovely and comfortable, and even though we had been warned about noise as the hotel is on the main road I didn't find it noisy at all.
The food was absolutely amazing. I have Coeliac Disease so to find somewhere with so much choice on the menu, that was aware of issues with being gluten free was fantastic. I had fish and chips for dinner and I have to say in the 16 years of being gluten free, it was the best fish and chips I have ever had! The breakfast the next day was the same, nearly all the menu had GF options and the food was delicious.
The owner went out of her way to chat to everybody, getting to know them and suggesting places to visit in the local area, and when we checked out we were given a complimentary bottle of water each for the journey home.
Would highly recommend the Bath Arms Hotel.

Cons:

The only real issue that I had was the because the building is a Grade II listed building they cannot to anything to change the look of the building so that means the windows are the originals. This meant that there was a lot of condensation on the window when we woke up and the room was a bit draughty.

Staff food and drink was great shame about the comfort of the stay.

Staff and food was great very welcoming.

Cons:

It is looking very worn now the bedrooms what renewing with furniture pillows was lumpy and matress has see better days and the same for the bed frame. I only stayed for one night but i dont think you could do more. Also a delivery lorry came quiet quick down the drive way @ 04:45 maybe they should be a little more considerate of guest staying.

Perfect stay for a short break!
Pros:

All the staff were so friendly, the rooms were a lovely size and lovely and modern. Free parking and excellent facilities greeted with a welcome letter and some goodies.

Very comfortable stay in well-run establishment.
