A estrutura toda é limpa, a alimentação é show, os animais são bem legais, funcionários simpáticos.É um ótimo lugar para ir e levar a família.

Cons:

A pulseira é muito ruim, além de ficar molhada no seu pulso dia e noite, ela não é reaproveitada e é cortada no final. Sugestão: troque por uma de borracha tipo a do Tauá, além de abrir a porta ela paga as contas e não fica molhada no seu pulso e pode reaproveita.
Outra sugestão: oferecer serviço de transfer mediante a reserva e colocar uns biscoitos, Chips pra vender na recepção fora de hora.

Infelizmente ficamos frustrados com o hotel.

Cons:

Promete muito pelo instagram e não entrega nem 20%. Limpeza do quarto não aconteceu. Comida fria e sem tempero. Café da manhã com bolo ressecado e pudim sem gosto de pudim. Falta mais capricho na comida e na manutenção do hotel. Cobra muito caro, mas não dá o devido conforto ao hóspede.
