Getting your desired room is a gamble. Staff aren’t always friendly.

Location, breakfast, my guests generally like staying there.

Cons:

A king room with pull out sofa was selected online. It is not the room received. When I followed up in the app (3) separate times during the duration of stay, I’ve yet to receive a response or rate reduction/refund for incorrect room.
After my family contacted the front desk about the discrepancy and inquire about a correct room, the staff member was rude and simply blamed someone else.
My family are recurring guests and generally likes to stay at this hotel. However, this is the second time the same staff member was rude to them on arrival.

Room was large and was nice to have breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

Staff at the front desk was never very friendly. Bed was super uncomfortable. Very firm and bounced a lot when rolling over.

Comfortable.
Pros:

It was comfortable, had a mini fridge and microwave. It's pet friendly.

There was a lot of long hair plastered all over the shower walls and bathroom floor.
