Management lack
Pros:

The DESK staff was exceptional, went beyond to help you out with check in.

Cons:

A employee of my company, who had never been there before was told he could not stay without reason and eventually led to me being told I could never return either. Very disappointed..

Comfortable
Pros:

I liked the design of the room. Also the room was clean and warm too. The bed was very comfortable as well and nice and big so that was great. I also thought it was cool that there was a bar in the lobby.

Cons:

I could not get the streaming to work at all and for me that was super disappointing. I don't see why they don't just have the TVs connected to the Internet for streaming. Instead you have to do this whole thing where you connect to your phone to cast and all my phone going were LG appliances, the TV was a Phillips so it didn't even find it and my phone is a newer phone so that was not the issue. It was super late so I didn't bother trying to get help.

Not bad just a little disappointing
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the carpet and furnishings were new. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses wrapped in casings to protect from bed bugs. Our room had a kitchenette, which was a big draw. I watched the housekeeping staff taking their time to do a good thorough clean of each room that was turning over and they still made our beds daily during our stay. Don’t know many hotels that still do that. The room cost also VERY affordable.

Cons:

Everything was just a little underwhelming. The rooms were clean but the kitchenette was an expensive let down. The stove was induction but the pans weren’t the right pans for an induction stove so i couldn’t even boil water for pasta. I didn’t discover this until after I’d spent a fair bit of money on groceries I then couldn’t use. There wasn’t enough silverware for us both to eat with, so we bought plastic cutlery too. The refrigerator was nice but you had to always triple check that it closed because it barely fit the space and the counter would hold it slightly ajar. The barn door on the bathroom looked like it might fall off the wall at any moment.

Perfect
Pros:

Every thing was perfect From check in to check out. All the GSR's were very professional and informative. Our 1 king room was so clean and smelled amazing. The pool and hot tub and work out room was something we appreciated. We also stopped in for the free breakfast and I really loved the mini waffle maker. We had to travel to Denver from MT for my medical reasons thats alot of hrs in a car for my body, so having a nice hotel is truly something to appreciate and a nice soft bed. Thank you.

I was pleased and enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The breakfast offered a wide array of food options. The coffee was excellent, not too strong or too weak. The orange was great and not watered down, much appreciated. The dining area was very clean.
