Pros:

It was very comfortable once the hiccups I encountered were resolved

Cons:

I didn't like finding hair in places it wasn't supposed to be and highly touched surfaces were not properly cleaned. Once I moved rooms, everything was much better.

We always chose Spring Hill and have been for the past 3 years the staff is very welcoming

Pros:

Trey was great! He helped us out greatly with a problem in our room even though he was very busy! Great employee!
