Had a excellent time at your Hotel!!
Pros:

Good hot and fresh breakfast with tons of selections and clean area as well. It's always a joy to be able to get a good breakfast in da morning from a refreshing sleep. Thanks so much for your staff n there friendliness and they do a phenomenal job and they should praised for there hard work!!!

Cons:

Perhaps how y'all have the TV mounted and more selection of channels without the apps.

Dirty bathroom, comfortable bed.
Pros:

The hotel was modern and the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The location was convenient. There were enough towels in the bathroom, thank you for that.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean. I wish I could post pictures but the shower had mold and there was a wrapper stuck under the door and it was wet. There were two shampoo dispensers and one conditioner dispenser but no soap or shower gel. There was soap at the sink but if you brought anything into the shower there was no where to put the soap. The shower had the tiniest shelf that only my face cleanser fit on it. So if I needed the soap or anything else I had to keep opening the door of the shower to retrieve items. The TV was in the middle of the room in front of the "dresser". So sitting on the couch put the TV at a sharp angle and sitting in bed the same. There was no where to sit that you could see the TV.

Good stay
Pros:

Check-in was a breeze, front staff was very helpful. The room was nice bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good

Breakfast was decent. Location was good.

Cons:

I was basically called a lie about not receiving towels. The head housekeeper came up, after I called for towels, but I guess the staff told her I was given towels, but I wasn't. Very disappointed. I had to ask for pool towels, both times visiting the pool. Got a side eye then.
