Good stay, nice waterside boulevard and close to Metro to go directly downtown Vancouver
Pros:

Spacious room and very nice bed

Cons:

Arrangement with the Parking garage fee was not very clear and we almost got a ticket (person had already booked us when I arrived at my car after having reported the car's license plate to the hotel). Hotel staff was not very helpful in explaining how it works

Small rooms , over priced, nice views

Nice location and views . Over priced and plus you pay for Parking after Paying $300 to stay 18 hrs .

Lovely stay and views!
Pros:

I've been meaning to write a review for this inn since I got home to California. We booked two rooms for family stay midweek for a wedding during the busy World Cup time. They even kindly did an adjustment for us when it was discovered the prices had fluctuated during the World Cup madness. Our rooms were clean and cute and had views of the river.
We loved the convenient self parking and the proximity to cafes, a great coffee spot, and a wonderfully good grocery... all just steps away. Also convenient was the Skytrain that takes you into Vancouver, just a small walk 5 minute walk. Don't miss the Craft Cafe next door with the best coffees, breakfast bites and weekend cocktails. Angelina's Dutch Corner is also steps away and has fantastic Dutch Pancakes.

Just to note, there is some noise from a nearby train and things going on in the water, but it wasn't too much. Fun to see the tug boats and logs float down the river - and the bridge lit up at night with the Skytrain. Also AC was good during a heat spell. The people here are all kind and friendly. Nicely run hotel!

Consider considering looking elsewhere the next time we’re in the city
Pros:

Found a large bug (Silver fish) in the bathroom sink alive.

Cons:

Cleaniness unsatisfactory, over priced, considering only had one bed. Having to pay extra for parking, should be included in quoted price. Having to put deposit down considering room was paid upfront in full.

Relaxing room, great views and walkability around the River Walk.
Pros:

The room was very clean and has space for suitcases, a good size closet for stashing carry on luggage, the glass ice bucket and wine glasses are a nice touch. Balcony was great for people and river watching. Good places to walk to and see the river walk. Cafe Corner was great for breakfast as was Angelina's Dutch Cafe. Easy to walk over to the drugstore to pick up items we forgot. We were in town to visit family and it was a close drive back and forth to their homes.

Cons:

A safe for keeping passport etc.

Hospital stay
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel after I had surgery at Royal Columbian Hospital. The staff went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was very clean and the location was nice for my friend who could walk and shop for the things we needed.
