Lovely old fashioned comfort
Good base for our trip to Fontwell races. It had a nice big room with comfortable bed and good shower facilities.
Not the most welcoming at reception.
Nice room.
We've been here a few times. I think by now we might be recognized but we aren't. Room in the furthest corner of the building. Also unable to get my name right, my first name isn't King, I'm definitely not royalty!
Excellent location, well cared-for hotel. Receptionist with a sense of humour.
The Norfolk hotel is in the centre of Arundel and well placed for sightseeing . Our lovely , exceptionally clean room was on the 3rd floor with lovely views across the rooftops to the countryside in the distance . The bed was very comfortable and the linen so clean and The bathroom also was very clean . We ate in the bar early evening and the food was very good , also all staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful .
Staff friendly. Room in old servants quarters on the third level with a bath no shower was comfortable. Breakfast was served in the dining room - continental or cooked.
Carrying suitcase up three flights of stairs.
Reception staff were so helpful
Location ideal, good size room and comfortable beds.
Charge for parking car was not advertised.
Great location in the middle of Arundel. Lots of seating outside as well.
Hotel feels a bit dated and old fashioned.
This is a lovely hotel right in the middle of Arundel, the location cannot be beaten. The bedrooms are well furnished and the staff helpful. It's probably the best hotel in Arundel. My room was overlooking the high street, and I thought I might get some road noise, however the centre of Arundel is very quiet overnight, with very little passing traffic until about 7:30am. I will stay here again.
Nothing.
Clean, modern room is a new annex to the original hotel building.
No suggestions, the hotel met or exceeded expectations.
