Central
Central location. Lovely town hotel. Good parking too.
Nothing really
The hotel location was perfect for exploring Arundel. The size of our room was WAY bigger than expected (probably the biggest room I've ever had in Europe!), the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself was charming and had a good atmosphere that felt cosy.
The cleanliness of the property overall was great. The one thing we noticed was there was no proper ventilation in the toilet in our room which led to a decent amount of mold build up along the window.
Clean and comfortable , good tea & coffee supplies. Staff friendly. Good location

Nice breakfast
We stayed in a 'superior' double room with views of the historic high street.
Our room had been refurbished to a very high standard, complete with ;ovely four poster bed, and was very comfirtable.
We were very impressed with this historic hotel, the relaxing lounge, the Snug, the friendly staff and the location.. Our room was a lovely, generous size, the bed very comfortable and the facilities good.
Having a cold shower in the morning!! Unfortunately hotel had an early morning power cut, so no hot water. And the water in the water basin drained away very slowly.
Staff were fabulous for an evening 90th celebration
Bit tricky to find the car park
Really quaint. Stayed a few times now. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
We have loved this hotel since we first stayed here three years ago, it was such a privilege to stay again on the day we got engaged at Swanbourne lake. The staff are always amazing and the room was to die for. Highly recommend
Great location, big room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, cosy bar - perfect!
Room was great but door kept sticking so had trouble opening door, shower was scalding hot & wouldn’t turn down any more could be dangerous
Large room / comfy large bed / good shower.
Having to pay for parking.
Nice shower, plenty of hot water for a bath, adequate heating, very comfortable bed. Quirky furniture. Lovely uneven floor due to age of property. Excellent base to explore shops.
Would have preferred it if parking charge was included in your stay. We decided to get the train in the end.
Lovely old quirky place in brilliant setting
