Cons:

First room smelled like weed, second room they gave us was dirty - at this point we were too tired to complain. Limited healthy options at breakfast. As a Bonvoy gold member I did not feel that anyone actually cared- does not fulfill my expectations at all.

Cons:

Housekeeping did a poor job cleaning my room oven was dirty. Dust on top of the refrigerator food crumbs behind the bedroom door and dust food crumbs in cabinets. Top of the stove was dirty and blood was in the bottom of the refrigerator dried up food blood, I was very upset never experiencing something like this. My highlight of this one was the kitchen, and it was the worst part of the room housekeeping need to do better housekeeping manager need to go behind housekeeping out there the cleaning room.
