Odlična nastanitev za dobro ceno
Pros:

Zelo uslužno osebje, ki je prisluhnilo vsem željam. Lepe in prostorne sobe, sodobna oprema. Mir v hotelu. Lokacija zelo dobra.

Pros:

Modern, praktisch, zeitgemäss modern.
Frühstücksbüffet perfekt, alles was man möchte. Sehr schön und optisch präsentiert. Freundliches Personal. Öffentliches Parkhaus gleich nebenan. Alles in Fussdistanz zum Zentrum.

Pros:

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Hyperion und konnten feststellen, dass die Mitarbeiter allgemein sehr freundlich sind.
Am Abend haben wir gern den Außenbereich der Bar genutzt und wurden hier hervorragend von einem Kellner bedient. Sein professionelles Auftreten hat uns beeindruckt.

Cons:

Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass alles ein wenig nachgelassen hat.
Das Frühstück ist leider nicht mehr das, was es mal mit seiner Auswahl war. Die Sitzmöbel im Zimmer sind verschlissen, auch die Reinigung der Zimmer hat etwas nachgelassen. So wurde ein vergessen ein Duschtuch zu hinterlegen und Toilettenpapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt.
Im Ganzen ist alles noch sehr gut, aber eben nicht das, was es vor noch einem Jahr war.
