Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett mit durchgehender Matratze und gemeinsamer Decke. Badezimmer mit ausreichend Platz und verschließbarer Tür für ausreichend Privatsphäre. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und gratis Minibar inkl. Snack auf dem Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Super Getränkeangebot in der Bar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Licht auf dem Zimmer war uns etwas zu dunkel. Es fehlte ein richtiges Deckenlicht.

Sehr schönes Hotel es wird mich bald wieder sehen
Pros:

Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit hat alles sofort veranlasst

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Bad an den Türrahmen und Tür selber wurde aber sofort behoben als ich es gemeldet hatte

Nah am Bahnhof, schöne Aussicht, komfortabel

Die Lounge war geschlossen und die Minibar am ersten Tag auch nicht aufgefüllt

Great. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Really nice hotel in a good location. Clean, comfortable and excellent staff

Cons:

The sauna was always full, but it was freezing outside so not surprised. Perhaps they could open it for longer hours?

A fairly satisfactory stay considering this was supposedly a 5* hotel.
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

The lack of light in the room.
Only one fairly comfortable chair in the room. It needed two.
Unavailability of the executive lounge. We were not informed beforehand that this was no longer available.
The choice of food (for dinner) was very limited and did not change from day to day.

Akzeptabel mit potenzial zur Verbesserung.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, optimal um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alles in Leipzig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Lärm. Das Zimmer war Richtung Bahnhof mit Blick auf ein Parkhaus.
Leider war die ganze Nacht Betrieb und man hört die Autos und andere Aktivitäten vom Bahnhof extrem laut.
Es müsste also der Lärmschutz verbessert werden.
Das Personal blickt ziemlich lustlos drein, steht beim Frühstück im Weg herum und nimmt einem das Essen vor der Nase aus der Auslage weg ohne Neues zu plazieren.

Pros:

Wir sind mit einem kleinen Hund angereist, der ein wirklich tolles Willkommenspaket erhalten hat. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen, es gibt eine gesunde und vor allem leckere Auswahl in einem sehr stilvollen Frühstücksraum. Auch der Fitnessbereich ist eine Sporteinheit wert! Absolute Empfehlung
