Zentrales Hotel welches überdurchschnittlich gut ist. Klare Empfelgung!
Pros:

Das Personal ist extrem Freundlich, die Zimmer sind super sauber (kein Staub, wirklich nirgendwo) und dazu noch gut ausgestattet (Minibar inklusive, danke dafür, gerade bei warmen Tagen <3).

Hotel of the 21st century.
Pros:

This is exactly how a 21st-century hotel should look. The staff is perfectly friendly and professional, and the check-in and check-out process is incredibly fast, without any of those unnecessary forms or nonsense.

The room was fantastic:
1. Spacious layout with a very comfortable bed
2. Absolutely fast Wi-Fi
3. Great amenities including a minibar and air conditioning
4. Excellent soundproofing (I couldn't hear a thing from the hallway or the street)

The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. This is truly a traveler's dream come true, especially at such a reasonable price. It is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the last few years. I will definitely be back.

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing to complain about with this hotel. Everything was perfect, 10/10.

Für den Kurztripp nach Leipzig genau richtig.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gehobener Ausstattung/Design. Freundliches Personal, super Frühstücksbuffet!

Cons:

Klagen auf hohem Niveau: Die dürften größer sein, die Lüftungsanlage kann nicht abgeschaltet werden. Die Lage am Hauptbahnhof ist super, um die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden. Der Preis sind die Drogensüchtigen und Obdachlosen mit den einhergehenden Problemen.

Pros:

Es gab einfach nichts zu meckern!
Wir wurden äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen, alles wurde erklärt. An der Bar gab es eine sehr große Auswahl an Getränken. Das Zimmer war modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, Minibar inklusive, Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig, alles da was man sich wünscht. Rundum ein tolles Erlebnis!

Nachteilig für Gäste, die mit PKW und Gepäck anreisen, da nächstgelegenes Parkhaus 200m entfernt.
Pros:

Lage unmittelbar am Hbf, für Zugreisende praktisch.

Cons:

Im Vorfeld wurde die Anfrage nach einem PKW-Stellplatz nicht präzise beantwortet. Antwort war « oeffentliches Parkhaus Sachsenseite 3 nutzen. Dies führte zum Parkhaus des Bahnhofs. Der richtige Hinweis wäre gewesen, laden Sie Gepäck vor dem Hotel ab und nutzen dann das Parkhaus bei der Fernbuseinfahrt. Diese schlechte Kommunikation fûhrte zu erheblichen Umständen für den Gast.
Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer lief nicht ordentlich ab (Syphonreinigung unterblieben) und Tissues waren fix zu Ende (hätte bei der Zimmerreinigung auffallen müssen)
