Disappointing
Pros:

The pool is nice

Cons:

My reservation was not in their system, they ended uo charging me more than the quoted price. The rooms AC did not work properly so they brought a very loud fan to make up for it

Location was secure

Cons:

Sheets were not fully clean some lipstick stains and other , water bottles opened half way, didn’t feel safe drinking that , expensive for the amenities, elevator not working , had to call multiple times to ensure reservation was respected and while arriving I still had issues finding reservation

La alberca está preciosa, el personal muy amable, el cuarto muy bonito

Cons:

La limpieza podría mejorar, no estaba sucio pero tampoco estaba 100% limpio, una almohada olía raro, las sábanas estaban manchadas, creo que la limpieza podría mejorar

El hotel está quedable, pero no lo recomiendo.
Pros:

El desayuno es muy aceptable
*Aunque hubo una confusión de si estaba o no incluído (me querían cobrar $800 pesos x 2 personas) lo cuál se me hizo excesivo... Al final se aclaró y si estaba incluído en la reserva, parece que falta comunicación.

Cons:

- Es un hotel muy ruidoso, debido a que está en el cruce de 2 avenidas muy transitadas.
- El internet es intermitente.
- Parcialmente remodelado.
