Si vuelvo a Juarez, ya tengo un pequeño hogar.

La atención del personal es INCREÍBLE! En verdad son de lo mejor que podrás experimentar. Además incluyen un viaje gratis al aeropuerto, por lo que eso suma aún más a toda la increíble cordialidad de atención al cliente. Se siente desde que llegas y literalmente desde que te vás. El desayuno es bastante completo, una vez más con la atención impecable, y con opciones genuiunamente deliciosas, además en servicio de la cena con una cocina bastante veloz. Si vuelvo a Juarez, ya tengo un pequeño hogar.

Convenience, security, cleanliness, friendly staff.

Cons:

The confusion over breakfast being included, miss information from desk staff, ended up costing us money and missing out on all breakfasts but the last day.
