First time in Houston and I already want to come back, had a fantastic stay!
Pros:

The staff was very freindly and helped me get out of a jam when needing to print a shipping label late at night so I could drop of a package at a UPS drop point. Really saved my bacon with this so it was very much appreciated!

Everything was amazing! Vanessa was the best ever, super friendly and polite. We will definitely stay here our next trip.
