The hotel itself was actually very nice, cleanly, and amenities were great. The breakfast was impressive, not your standard few choices. The food, specifically the eggs and bacon was better than any other hotel breakfast I've had. My check in lady was wonderful and very sweet, I checked in late in the evening Thursday the 26th of June due to trouble at the airport but she was very pleasant.

Cons:

The reason why im rating my stay an 8 is because one day the kitchen staff was no where to be found and the kitchen was out of everything. When I asked the fron desk lady on Saturday the 28th of June in the morning, she came flying in the kitchen with a bad attitude throwing everything around and slamming cabinets. It was uncomfortable to say the least. There ended up being a line of people wanting food and there wasnt any, a little frustrating due to a wedding party going on at the hotel.
My next complaint is that the wedding groomsman was placed in the suite right next to mine which caused broken and difficulty sleeping due to them being loud, using fowl language, and causing a lot of ruckus at a late hour for 2 nights in a row.

Cons:

I thought the bed was very uncomfortable. I was more comfortable on a sectional at my sisters house the next day with my feet on a coffee table taking a nap. In all fairness to the hotel, beds are a very personal matter with everyone enjoying a different level of softness/firmness etc. That was my only complaint about the hotel.

Cons:

Room service only every other day without being told. The day we wanted it, it was not available. The room was a little small for the price. Nowhere to sit except one chair.
