The location was top notch and access into the building and facilities was with a fob and a key into the room. We had a two bedroom apartment which was HUGE. The bed linen was very good . We loved sitting out on the deck overlooking the ocean everyday.
The lounge chairs were very uncomfortable…. Everything else was very good.
It is clean and in a good location. The pool and garden areas are well maintained.
Having to evacuate for a false fire alarm at 2am. Walking down 8 floors of stairs wasn’t fun.

Sadly the service upon check out was so disgusting and disappointing. In the 35 years I have been renting accommodation on the Gold Coast this would have to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When we asked if we could use the facilities for the day, the lady on reception flat out said and I quote 'Nope you are done, you have paid and it's time for you to go so no you can't and off you go'. This was in front of the whole family. I was shocked. I have stayed in this building many times and have loved the rooms and property. This time round the room was not clean. There was sand on the floors, in the beds and on the dining table. I had to vaccum the whole unit when we checked in. I don't know any hotel that doesn't allow for guests to use the facilities on the day of check out. Our satisfactory, relaxing get away was abruptly and completely ruined by an employee that needs a crash course in simple manners, etiquette and acceptable human behaviour. The way she dismissed me was so disgusting, inappropriate and out of line. Her reasoning was because it was Australia day and reception closed at 1pm so was not possible. Not even to use the pool from 10am (check out) to 1pm when reception closed. There is a much nicer way to speak to a fellow human. This is the problem with society. It should be mandatory for all people working in hospitality to complete and pass a customer service course. How Belle Maison has allowed this woman to represent their brand is beyond me. Much to my disappointment, because I do like the property, we will never give this management another dollar of our hard earned money.

Small gym
Very spacious, great pool area and the location is spot on. Far enough to miss the noise close enough to walk the to beach and restaurants.
If anything it would be a bigger gym area
The pool area was nice. Location was good .
The reception lady was rude, no air conditioning in two of the three rooms. Was very hot for the kids. The furniture is very dated and it smelt a little.
When we checked in my husband pointed out the damage on the main bathroom door. I thought it was poor being 4.5 star rating. Thought of taking a picture but didn't. Will always take pictures going forward.
On check out they said we damaged the door and kept our $300 deposit. I would not recommend this place at all. Stay away.
