I won’t use this property again
Pros:

The room was large and location was good

Cons:

The car park was difficult to enter, the reception staff were not good and there was no air conditioning in the bedroom which was very hot

Fantastic apartment staff needs personality.
Pros:

Beautiful view, exceptional sub penthouse with great views. Close to beach and restaurants.

Cons:

We arranged early check in as travelling to AFL game in Brisbane. On arrival at confirmed time we were told apartment undergoing major refurbishment and not available for 2 hours. Reception staff were not very understanding of our disappointment. We did get access 1 hr later and told not to sit on 1 toilet for a number of hours. Reception staff mainly disinterested and unable to smile, with one exception.

Great modern apartment in an excellent location
Pros:

Great size apartment with well maintained facilities and superb manicured garden areas. The location was also excellent with the Apartment being easy walking distance to the beach and a variety of eateries (<5 minutes), major shopping centre and public transport (~10 minutes).

Cons:

On at least two separate occasions somebody was smoking on their balcony (which isn't allowed at the apartments) whilst we were trying to eat and enjoy the early morning sunrise & evening sunset. Reception were informed and I think they dealt with it straight away as there were no further issues.

Cons:

They could have provided more soap etc as had to do quite a big shop to get toilet rolls, detergent, washing pods, soap, coffee, tea etc, often basics like these are provided especially on longer stays

Very tidy and clean with excellent facilities and close to everything. Really enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

Ou apartment bathroom had a lingering drainage odour we couldn't get rid of Bought a spray to disguise the smell.
We were only provided with 2 towels (1 each) for a 7 night stay.

Excellent overall
Pros:

Location is excellent. Great views, if your room is high enough. Very close to restaurants, bars and shops. We have stayed at Belle Maison before, so we knew what to expect.

Cons:

The apartment could have been a bit cleaner. Attention to detail was missed. It would have been good if there were some free weights in the gym.

Definitely a great place to stay if in Broadbeach
Pros:

The location was top notch and access into the building and facilities was with a fob and a key into the room. We had a two bedroom apartment which was HUGE. The bed linen was very good . We loved sitting out on the deck overlooking the ocean everyday.

Cons:

The lounge chairs were very uncomfortable…. Everything else was very good.
