The room is spacious, and the bed is quite large and comfortable.

Cons:

We experienced some difficulty communicating with the staff, as some information they provided differed from what we were told by our Grab driver when asking about Hanoi-related information.

I stayed in a Family Suite room. The hotel provided standard amenities such as a comb, razor, and other items. However, some of the amenities appeared to have been previously opened, as the packaging was slightly wrinkled and partially opened when we first saw them.

The hotel also has quite strict regulations regarding occupancy. Each room is limited to a maximum of two guests, with children aged 5–12 counted as one person. Therefore, families traveling with a child should ensure they book either two rooms or a Family Suite.

ハノイの日本人街リンランから歩いて5～6分程の距離にあるホテルで、日本式のサービスを提供してくれています。

ロケーションは素晴らしく、目の前は大通り、かといって夜はうるさくなく、周りの治安も問題ありません。
施設もとても清潔で、良く手入れがされていると思います。
