Hotel położony blisko centrum i dworca głównego, mimo to w nocy cisza. Gniazdka po każdej stronie łóżka to niesamowite udogodnienie. Wygodne łóżka. Możliwość otrzymania bezglutenowego pieczywa.

Cons:

W pokojach brak lodówki, brak szklanki i wody. Śniadania takie sobie, jajecznica sztuczna.
Zlew zapchany.

Odanın büyüklüğü 4 kişilik yetişkin için yeterlidir. Yataklar (ranzalar) büyük ve rahat. Oda, 21m² olmasına rağmen 3 büyük bavulu rahatlıkla açtık hatta artı olarak başka ıvır zıvır çantaları bile koymamıza rağmen odada hareket edecek alan vardı. Oda, çarşaflar, banyo ve tuvalet tertemiz. Banyo ve tuvaletin ayrı olması büyük bir avantaj. Banyo malzemeleri ve havlular vardı. Merkezi konum. Kahvaltısı da bir kahvaltıda olabilecek her şey var - %100 portakal suyu, çekirdek kahveler, peynirler, omlet, ekmekler, reçeller, ballar, domates, salatalık, elma vs. Check in ve Check out işlemleri gayet hızlı ve güzeldi. Ekstra yastık istedik ve ücretsiz temin ettiler. İlgili personel.

Cons:

Navigasyon, otelin arkasından dolaştırıyor. Resmen otelin etrafında dört dönmüşüz. Banyo terliği yoktu. Odada kettle veya lobide çay makinesi gibi bir şey olsa daha güzel olurdu.

Pros:

Ich habe sowohl im HYPERION Hotel Leipzig als auch im H2 Hotel Leipzig übernachtet und mich in beiden Häusern wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Besonders positiv ist mir das Personal in Erinnerung geblieben: Alle waren herzlich, verständnisvoll und sind auf meine persönlichen Wünsche und Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Selbst wenn ich mal wieder etwas verpeilt meine Zimmerkarte im Zimmer vergessen hatte, wurde mir unkompliziert und ohne genervte Blicke eine neue ausgestellt. 😅

Auch wenn es Probleme oder unangenehme Situationen mit anderen Gästinnen gab, hat sich das Team Zeit genommen, mir zugehört und mich unterstützt. Ich hatte nie das Gefühl, lästig zu sein, sondern wurde ernst genommen – und genau das macht für mich richtig guten Service aus.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Ela und Li: Beide waren unglaublich lieb, aufmerksam und menschlich. They deserve their flowers! 💐

Andere Hotels mögen vielleicht mehr Sterne an ihrer Fassade tragen – aber echte Gastfreundschaft zeigt sich darin, wie man mit Menschen umgeht. Und das hat dieses Team definitiv verstanden. Klare Empfehlung!
