Hôtel à fuir malgré sa très bonne localisation

Sa localisation : La proximité de la gare

Cons:

Nous sommes un couple de retraités et avions réservé et payé, il y a plus d’un mois, une chambre double confort avec un lit à 2 places. L’hôtel faisant du surbooking , au moment du Check in on nous a donné une chambre avec 4 lits superposés !!!! Il n’y en avait paraît il pas d’autres de disponible… cet attitude est inacceptable ! Par ailleurs, aucun geste commercial n’a été fait pour compenser ce désagrément !!! Nous ne recommandons donc pas cet hôtel .

Sehr sauberes, modernes Hotel,gleich gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof, 10 min zum Stadtzentrum..freundliches Personal. Ideal für Stadttrip.

Cons:

1 von 3 Aufzügen hat nicht funktioniert, was morgen zur Stau an der Etagen fuhrte..

Zentrale Lage, direkt am Hbf . Von hier aus konnte man alles mit Bus, S-Bahn und Straßenbahn gut erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Top moderne Zimmer . Ideal für 1 oder 2 Nächte

Cons:

Für einen Kurztrip ist das Hotel ideal. Wir waren 5 Nächte im Hotel das würden wir nicht noch mal buchen. Kein Safe oder Kleiderschrank im Zimmer. Es gab jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück. Und es wurde nur 1x in der ganzen Zeit gereinigt. Das fanden wir ehrlich gesagt etwas schwach.
