El lugar está muy bonito y con mucha vegetación
Que por la misma vegetación que tiene, hay mucho mosco y aunque tuvieras cuidado al abrir la puerta de tu habitación para entrar o salir se metian moscos y se la pasaron zumbando en la habitación en la noche.
Además cuentan con un salón de eventos junto a las habitaciones, cuando llegamos al check inn nos dijeron que la musica de la fiesta acabaria a las 9 p.m. y bueno pues ni que hacer ya estabamos ahi. Pero eran las 10 y no acababa, fuimos a ver a la persona de recepción y pues dijo que otros 30 minutos mas, que ya estaba terminando la fiesta, y finalmente hasta las 11 apagaron la musica.
Nosotros veniamos de varias horas de carretera y queriamos descansar temprano porque además era practicamente la pernocta y saliamos temprano por la mañana para visitar la zona arqueologica y continuar el viaje, fué incómodo el volumen de la musica.
En cuanto al restaurante, se ve bonito pero aunque es buffet sentimos alto el precio, mas aun cuando hay otro restaurante también buffet a 1 cuadra del hotel (muy bonito, muy completo y super buen ambiente y delicioso) nos fuimos a desayunar al otro lugar.

La cercanía al centro, se va uno caminando. Es muy tranquilo el.hotel y muy bonito. Volvería a reservar en este hotel

Staff super friendly and helpful in anything we need.
The only downfall was that we had a clean towel still stained with makeup from previous wash or perhaps previous visit,made us think it was dirty for us.

The hotel is set in beautiful gardens, a real oasis. Great restaurant, and a very friendly owner, Flavio. Easy Uber to and from pyramids. Simple but large and comfortable rooms.

Me gustó mucho mi estadía en este hotel. todo el staff es muy amigable y respetuoso, y que va, las camas son deliciosas, dormí increiblemente bien. está a unos 5 minutos caminando del centro lo cual para mi fue genial por qur no vine en auto solo hay dos quejas principales que podrían traer esta calificación a un 5, y es que, 1. desde mi cuarto, no me salía la opción de internet que el recepcionista dijo que podia usar (esta pegado el nombre de la red en el cuarto pero no me salían)... no lo necesitaba demasiado por que no estaba en el hotel la mayoria del tiempo, pero definitivamente veo como puede ser más inconveniente para otros. la otra es que considero que el buffet estaba un poco caro. si entiendo que pueden venir personas a comer desde afuera, y que ese precio si está justo, pero para los huespedes, es bastante dinero. en general, muy buena experiencia

Beautiful place, nice room, wonderful personnel, but accessibility to reception and housekeeping a bit difficult. Restaurant personnel were helpful to compensate.
